My peaceful property is a bit over an acre within the Crystal Waters Permaculture Ecovillage. It has beautiful views at the top of the property, looking over the ranges (you are welcome to walk up there). As Crystal Waters is a wildlife sanctuary there is an abundance of animals (including kangaroos and wallabies), also creeks, walking trails, bike riding, soaking in the atmosphere while relaxing at the Ikigai Cafe at the Village Green (open 7 days), nearby Conondale National Park - these are some of the things you can enjoy during your stay. There are also periodic live music events, Baba Bistro on Friday nights (which offers plant based food and sometimes music), yoga classes, a monthly Market, guided permaculture tours, sound immersion and other therapies on offer (booked in advance, at your own cost). A special opportunity to experience Ecovillage life!Beautiful, peaceful, flat site, surrounded by vegetation, so very private. Power and non-potable water available. Area for camping approximately 47 metres by 23 metres. No bathroom amenities on the site. Guests need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. Hot showers are available at the nearby EcoPark on Crystal Waters, for a fee. (3 minutes drive, 12 mins walk). Short drive to the Ikigai cafe on the community (2 mins) or beautiful walk (8 mins). Cafe and gift shop open 8-2pm, 7 days a week. Excellent coffee and food. Fuel and essentials at Conondale, 10 minutes drive away. Maleny, a vibrant arts town and tourist destination, is 25 mins away. Nearest dump points Kenilworth or Maleny. Guests are welcome to walk up the driveway a little way and then to the top of the property to enjoy the views and sit on the "chaise lounge" under the mango tree.
