Our property is located 10 minutes north of Tully and 15 minutes to the beautiful Mission Beach, we are close to the highway so travellers can rest and enjoy our views. Camp sites are located around the dam and waterfall with views of the Tully mountains and Tully town with the mill stacks in the far distance. Come and enjoy our peaceful spot. It is a 5 minute drive to Alligators Nest which is the local swimming hole with crystal clear water but with no alligators, or try our local Feluga Pub for a coldie or a great pub meal a few minutes up the road. So come breathe in the fresh air and wake up the sounds of our beautiful bush birds. Fire wood available for a small fee. Please take all rubbish with you on departure.

Quiet waterside retreat

We had another lovely stay at Dam site 1, waterside with fires and swimming allowed. Bush shower available and toilet some walk away over the field. So pretty and private. Absolutely love it here.

Lovely weekend getaway
16 ft car ·
I loved camping at the dam site on Sheree’s land. Sheree was very accommodating, she stopped by to greet us and explained local sites and the property itself. We got lucky and had the whole place to ourselves for the weekend and got to check out all the sites which are all lovely. Few March flies around at the moment but bring some spray and you’ll be fine. Lots of wildlife to see, fish eels and so many dragon flies. Would totally recommend staying here!

Our favourite site so far.
26 ft travel trailer ·
Site 1 - A slice of paradise on a small farm, tucked away by your own little dam - nice and deep - great for a real swim. Small fire pit & total privacy if no one books site 2. (Opposite side of the dam) would be great for 2 families or sets of friends. Unpowered but Toilet available near the hosts house and a bush shower at the site. Quiet and relaxing, lots of night time activity in the dam - prawns, eels and turtles. Abundant bird life. Goannas or blue water dragons. Had a few days de stressing and enjoying the scenery. Definitely our favourite site so far. Highly recommend.

It was so beautiful the property. Very private. Only downfall was the non stop rain. If we had a camper van or caravan no problem. But with just a tent was a bit rough. Had a great night sleep with the rain and waterfall to soothe me. Will return in dry season for another visit to enjoy it

Beautiful spot for the night, wish we could have stayed longer! The host was super helpful and welcoming, even though we weren’t in the right spot.
