Access to the Deerhead area:
RV's that are not suited for steep grades should use TN-111 to TN-399 to Fredonia Rd to Deerhead Rd. Turn right on Fawn Cir and follow it around to Elk Dr.
Fredonia Rd from US-127 is suitable for standard vehicle traffic only due to steep grade and sharp switchbacks. Deerhead Rd after Fawn Cir is one lane across the earthen dam, which is suitable for standard vehicles.

1 hour to Chattanooga, TNElk Dr is a drive thru loop (Elk Dr to Skyline Dr) that has a gravel drive. This spot is nearly surrounded by trees; there is a neighbor on Skyline, but you can only see the neighbors in the winter. Electricity: 50 amp, 30 amp, 110 outlet service at pole Gray/Blackwater can be deposited into the onsite septic tank, access is a 3" pipe. (Potable Water is currently out of service.)
Note: if you enter from Elk Dr, all your hookups will be on the wrong side of the RV.
