Beautiful RV resort at the base of the Smoky Mountains. 15 min from Scenic Downtown Gatlinburg and 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Central to all the tourist attractions yet nestled away for a tranquil relaxing vacation. 2 pools, picnic area next to creek, basketball, mini golf and laundry & much more.Great family retreat! Close to everything yet tranquil and relaxing!! PERFECT location! 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and 25 minutes form Pigeon Forge and Dollywood and across street from the Mountain Trails. This large RV Lot backs up to a spacious common area with a soothing mountain creek, and directly across the road from the large community fishing pond! Great for the whole family, 1 room with king bed other 2 Queen, 1 sleeping loft, full kitchen and 1 full bath and 1 half bath.

Excellent Resort

With kids

It was a perfect mini vacation for our family. Not only was our RV amazing, but the pond and creek were next to our lot, which made it easy for our kids to fish. I wasn’t aware each lot has a property owner and there is an HOA, which, in my opinion, elevates the resort. The trash pick up twice a day was amazing.
