    Just under 3 acres of flat grassy land near the owners house. Some houses nearby approx. 1/4 mile or farther away. Direct and easy access to a main road to come and go. 1/4 mile or less away from a road. Has privacy. Some trees and has tall grass. Quiet rural area. Space for parking on grass on the land.Located in a rural area but close enough to a main road to get back and forth to Fairmont, WV closest town. Flat land. Grass with some high grass and trees. Less than 1/4 mile from Land Owners house. Has neighbors across street, and behind owners house. Can have access to our house toilet if necessary but would prefer Campers to use their own toilet.
