*EASY ACCESS WITH LARGE TRAILERS* *INQUIRE FOR SUMMERTIME DISCOUNTS (stays from June 1 through August 31st)* We invite you to come enjoy our sliver of the Sonoran Desert here in New River! We are situated adjacent to state land that displays a majestic Saguaro forest in the mountains. Enjoy easy access (via a short walk or off-road drive) out the front door to endless mountain trails, glittered with spectacular views. We love nature and invite you to enjoy the presence of wildlife. Our watering holes attract a variety of beautiful creatures, including mule deer. Enjoy the abundance of quail and rabbit throughout! All three Saguaro sites provide full RV services (water, electrical, and 30/50 amp hookups) with plenty of space between for enjoyment of the views. Boondocker sites are great for easy in-out dry camping, making for an early start for your trip out of town or into Phoenix. Loose gravel throughout all sites (except for Boondocker 2, which is easy in/out from the residential street). We are just 10 minutes from the I-17, nestled at the base of Mingus Mountain. Once you have made it back to the I-17, Lake Pleasant is a direct 30-minute drive west. Head south on the I-17 from there and it only takes 5-15 minutes to reach many more amenities including groceries, Anthem Outlet Mall, Shops at Norterra, and restaurants. Rent an off-road vehicle, boat for the lake (or bring yours!), or plan a tour and ENJOY YOUR STAY! This is such a peaceful spot! The lot and the landscaping was so gorgeous, it was like a park. There were so many birds. I am sure the sunsets are beautiful, but unfortunately we had a cloudy evening. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when in the area!

Boondockers 2

Great experience! It’s an excellent spot on a lovely property. Good for boon docking too! I like they have that option. Located well for day trips. Stayed here a whole week and didn’t run out of things to do! Hosts are sweet and check in. Everything you need.

We enjoyed our day here and found it really relaxing and peaceful. We were hooked up in site 1. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. I’d definitely recommend this spot.

Great location, walking distance to the Tonto national Forest with miles of hiking opportunities among the Saguaro cactus. Easy location to get to. Hosts were wonderful.

Boondockers 2

Great location and site! Hosts had awesome communication. Stopped here for 2 nights on my way out of the Phoenix area. The area felt very safe & boondockers 2 was a good distance from the other sites. Easy to access from the freeway. Enjoyed a few walks in the “Saguaro Forest” with our dog. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!
