This is a RV Site with 50/30 Electric, Water and Septic and combined with a 10X12 insulated Cabin that can be used for a Office or a guest Room or another living room . There are only 3 other camp sites here and our private home, we are only 1 mile away from Crystal Mountain Family Resort and 1 mile from Kayak launch Sites and ATV Trails and a bike trail that goes all the way to Frankfort going by Crystal lakePark your RV on a 5 acres limited campground, just 4 sites and the private home of the owners. this site has a 10 X 12 cabin that i am attaching for your use as a office, Guest Bedroom, or a Living room for relaxing or use during rain or cold night. you will have a picnic table and your own fire table and weber grill and use of a 18 ft. fire pit that is shared by the other 3 sites
