Lakeview is situated near the seaside village of Beachmere on just under 50 picturesque acres of Australian bushland, 45 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and 10 minutes off the Bruce Highway. Experience the stunning vistas by the three billabongs while nestled in nature. Take nature walks, canoe and swim. Enjoy the flora, native animals and abundant birdlife or just relax by the campfire with the cooling sea breezes to add to the comfort and laid back lifestyle beside your own private open fire. You can have the best of both worlds, the bush on one hand and the bay on the other with Caboolture River boat ramp just 5 minutes away, giving you access to Moreton Bay. So why not kick back and relax away from the stress of city life. Lakeview is a private property not a commercial business, Lakeview is suitable for self-sufficient campers. There are no amenities, so you need to bring or hire your own. All payments are accepted as a donation to help maintain the grounds for our extended Lakeview family. Dogs permitted, see our FAQs in Property Rules. Campfires permitted, see our FAQs in Property Rules. Firewood is available to purchase, Honesty box on site. Please read the cancelation/credit policy as set and prescribed through the hipcamp platform. Big sites, massive man made lake to swim in. Small town 5mins up road, Saturday markets, great shopping centre. Would definitely stay again. Fire Wood available on site

Our family had the most wonderful getaway at campsite area 1. There is so much for the kids to do with the slides, swimming, slip-n-slide and so much more. Definitely put this place on your to-do list! The IGA is like a 5 min drive too which made it so easy for stocking up on food and coffee when needed. A 30 min drive to Bribie Island was lots of fun as well to visit the surf beach. But its that good you really don't need to leave the campsite!

Great relaxing place, large sites with lake frontage. Kids loved swimming in the lake. Town 5 minutes away, each area has a fireplace, powered and unpowered sites. Bring mozzie repellant, no amenities or potable water so need to be self contained and it is pet friendly!!! Highly recommend Lakeview!

Great relaxing place, lake is great to swim in, sites are huge right on the lake. Each area has a fireplace. Powered and unpowered sites, no potable water, toilets or showers. 5 minutes to town and pet friendly.

Camped in a swag. Take own shade, as not much available. Don't forget the bug spray. In general, a lovely place to chill out with my senior dog. He loved the water.
