Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.

About 1 acre with the house on one side and street access from both sides. Mostly just open area that can be driven on right in front of a pond close to i95 and i295 in the safe Mandarin\ South side area of Jacksonville. Both roads are private and dead end at the property so no through traffic to worry about. I also have RV parking and storage through the neighbor app on the other side of the propertyPull right in and camp right next to a private pond in a secluded area that is still close to everything in Jacksonville. It's less than a mile to i-95 and i-295. There is a private dead end street on either end of the property so you can pull right through if needed instead of backing up or turning around. It's in a safe area of Mandarin\Southside.

Urban Lakeside Camping

This is a spacious camping area in an urban neighborhood yard in Jacksonville, conveniently located near US 1 and I-295. The campsite property lies in a spacious side yard between Douglas‘s house and a large borrow pit lake. Pretty sunrise views. Somewhat noisy given traffic from nearby roads, but worked out great for me to attend a convention.

Hidden gem in Jacksonville

The hidden gem of Jacksonville, who would have thought there was nearly an acre where you have a swing, firewood, and a super accommodating host right next to your own personal pond with waterfowl teaching their young the ropes. We were in a class C pulling a 20’ boat and there was plenty of room and drive through access to make it easy. We booked last moment as we were running behind on a longer trip. Like a mirage to weary travelers we got in just fine, were greeted by the host to point out the 50 amp service and water at the site. A little piece of nature surrounded by the ever expanding Jacksonville development. We could not hear trucks or noise other than a train rushing by the the kids thought was cool. Reminding us all of older times. 5 stars for a hidden camping spot in an otherwise busy metropolis.
