Learn more about this land: Property is located 5 miles from outlet mall, 30 minutes from Apple and peach orchards. Nice mountain drive. Plenty of shopping 5 miles away. Property is wooded and away from traffic. I have only one RV space with 20 amp power and water. By Summer I should have another RV space. I'm also adding sewage this summer to both spaces.Property is located 5 miles from outlet mall, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, about anything you need!30 minutes from Apple and peach orchards. Nice mountain drive. Plenty of shopping 5 miles away. Property is wooded and away from traffic. I have only 2 RV spaces with 30 amp power and water.

Matthew is a great host! We really enjoyed getting to know him! He took good care of us. Directions were clear. Location is very close and convenient to Dawsonville. It was picturesque and very quiet!. We definitely reccomend Matthew's place!!

Well I went there in the dark and left in the dark so I didn't get to see his property . But where I hooked up to electric it was easy and convenient Matt was a wonderful host . You don't find people like that any more.

Had a great stay. Modest site but has water as well as electricity. Densely wooded, quiet setting. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful Spot in the Woods

We really enjoyed our time at Matt’s place. He was very welcoming and accommodating. The driveway is a bit challenging for a large RV (we have a 35 foot fifth wheel), but Matt was flexible with us on where we could park. We loved the peacefulness of being in the woods, and at night we saw lightning bugs and heard lots of cicadas! Nearby dawsonville has every store you can think of, and is also a great home base for exploring northern Georgia. Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Blairesville and Helen are all within an hour drive.
