Paulk Park offers a peaceful and quiet camping experience with scenic views and helpful amenities like full hookups. It's a favorite for returning visitors, appreciated for its convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Some campers noted issues like loose dogs and unsupervised access to facilities, impacting the safety and cleanliness. Despite these concerns, the park remains a popular choice for its serene environment and accommodating staff.
I reserved 5 sites for 3 weeks for a church mission for volunteer folks. They enjoyed their stay. Brandi responded to an issue with bathroom doors same day, issue resolved immediately.
We enjoyed our stay. The campground was nice and had amenities such as a fire pot for an open fire, full hookups, nice views. Only complaint was that other campers let their dogs run loose and drove in and out too fast, which was concerning as we had young toddlers...but that was not the campgrounds fault.
