Submerge yourself in farm life on Maine's only working water buffalo farm, while enjoying a slice of Maine beauty. Quietly located in mid-coast Maine at the end of a dirt road, the picturesque farm offers a place to hear your own thoughts, reconnect with values and breathe in the fresh air. Your glamping stay is in a furnished, canvas bell tent and includes a table, a firepit and a charcoal grill. Facilities include a shared porta-potty & a rustic outdoor shower. The bell tent is furnished with a full size bed & a fold out twin size sleeping mat (linens/bedding provided). This tent can sleep up to 4. No pets allowed. Spend your time on the farm leisurely watching the animals, playing a lawn game (corn hole), toasting marshmallows for s'mores, listening to peepers (frogs), visiting the farmstore for farm goodies, napping or lounging in the hammock, take leisure walks on wooded trails that start feet from your glamp site, head to a nearby pond or lake (less than 10 min. away) for swimming, boating or fishing, or take daily excursions into nearby coastal towns such as Belfast (20 min. away), Camden (25 min. away), Rockland (40 min. away) or Bar Harbor (less than 2 hrs. away).Submerge yourself in farm life on Maine's only working water buffalo farm, while enjoying a slice of Maine beauty.
