This cozy home is tucked away but close to everything! It's on a dirt road shared with our property on 5 acres of heavily wooded land and a small creek with small waterfalls. The house offers a full kitchen/living room/dining room combined and a full bathroom and private bedroom. The front deck overlooks the lower lot and creek. The back offers a fire pit, picnic table and chairs and the creek view.Cozy cottage tucked away in the natural setting of rhododendron's and other native plants. Deck to hang out and relax on overlooking the creek. Have a campfire in the fire pit and grill out with your family and friends. Make memories of a lifetime at this unique destination. Come enjoy country living close to all necessities. 15 mins to Hendersonville, 20 mins to Chimney Rock, 30 mins to Asheville, 35 mins to Biltmore Estate

On leash. 1. The dog must not be left alone in the house. 2. No puppy pads inside. 3. Please clean up any defecations outside. They can be deposed of off walking paths deeper into the woods. 4. Please walk the dog on a leash at all times. We do have wild animals/snakes that have been seen on the property. 5. All animals must stay off of the furniture unless there is a pet proof blanket (which you will need to provide) under them at all times. There is also a $75 pet fee.

Beautiful and Quiet

This is the perfect getaway for friends and family to get a taste of the outdoors and the mountains while still being close enough to towns and cities to enjoy good local food. There are tons of hiking and mountain biking trails all within 30 minutes of the site. My wife and I absolutely loved the place and its surroundings. The spring was beautiful and even though there was a lot of rain we enjoyed every second we were there.

The cottage is very clean and comfortable. The land is beautiful, private and serene. I enjoyed a peaceful time with a fire in the private fire pit listening to the running water of the creek and waterfall.

With pets

Brex View is a cute little cottage in a quiet setting. The creek and the little waterfall out back are so peaceful and relaxing. We have stayed here twice and the cottage is always clean and well stocked. Elizabeth is very helpful at recommending local trails and such. It is a good base for exploring Hendersonville, and local wineries and orchards. Not far from Asheville. We will be back!
