Had a fabulous weekend despite the rain. Fantastic big grassy site with a firepit. Site was big enough for our 19ft van and friends camper trailer with room to spare. Enjoyed platypus spotting in the creek. We will definitely be back again. Caralyn very friendly and accommodating host.

The camping ground was beautiful green grass on every site. The running creek gave us hours of fun and so refreshing. Carolyn is so friendly and came every afternoon to check if we needed anything. Big bags of firewood were delivered if we needed them. We will definitely be back. The huge sites meant we had plenty of room between sites. This Hipcamp is second to none. And we had an amazing time and just so relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys camping.

We were delighted with our very restful stay at Christmas Creek Bush Retreat. It is so picturesque. The campground was beautifully mown, and each very generous campsite has a perfect view of the crystal clear creek. We appreciated the supplied fireplace, which was large enough for a very decent campfire. We enjoyed watching the antics of the cows on the opposite bank as they wandered down for a drink and a sleep in the shade. Caralyn, the delightful owner, was very quick to respond to my messages prior to our arrival, and popped her head in to say hi and check everything was fine. I would highly recommend Christmas Creek Bush Retreat.
