Only 30 minutes to Townsville City to access airport, shops, Magnetic Island. Drive 4 hours north to Cairns, Tablelands or south to Proserpine, Airlie Beach and Mackay.Enjoy country living and privacy with beach, shops, pubs, less than 10minutes. Easy turn off from Bruce highway. Wildlife in the backyard to enjoy as you relax near the dam and walking access to the river. Park up your van and enjoy the local tourism.
