Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

This is our mini farm! We have long wanted to share it and our wonderful area with fellow travelers. We have four acres with a creek and woods towards the back of the property. There is so much to do in the nearby area with lakes, waterfalls, hiking, exploring, etc. We are also located close to town if you want to go out for dinner or see a movie. Greenville, SC is about an hour away and we are 2 hours away from Atlanta, GA. We also have horses, cat, and a dog. We do allow you to pet the animals, however, please stay outside the horse pasture! This is for your safety as well as our animals. Learn more about this land: Enjoy a peaceful camper experience on a mini farm. You can pet the horses, walk down by the creek into the woods, have a small bonfire to roast some marshmallows. We even allow small to medium sized dogs traveling with you! An outdoor grille is provided along with utensils for great outdoor cooking! If it is raining you can cook in the camper and read or play some card games. Campfires allowed

Firepit, private. CAMPFIRES ARE ALLOWED AS LONG AS THERE IS A NOT A BURN POLICY IN EFFECT! Campfire ring is provided along with some wood from the property as trees are always dropping limbs. If you want thicker pieces of wood for longer fires you may bring some of your own wood logs.

Toilet available

Flush toilet. Toliet is available in the camper.

Pets allowed

Off leash, on leash. We love pets!! However, please make sure that your pet has good manners and listens to commands if you will have them off leash as there are other animals on the property. We do not want anything to happen to your pet or ours! Also, we can only accept small to medium sized dogs due to camper size.

Potable water available

Spigot. Waterline from the house to the camper was put in with a spigot put in place right next to the camper. Feel free to bring your own bottled water if you wish.

Showers available

Hot water . Camper has hot and cold water for shower. Just make sure you turn the hot water off after use or it will use up all the propane quickly.

Bins available

Trash bin. There is a trash can inside the camper. When it gets full just put the full bag over by the carport of house and we will haul it away.

Cooking equipment present

Bbq, private, oven, stovetop or hot plate, fridge, freezer, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, sink or other dishwashing station. Camper has everything for cooking! Including cookware, utensils, plates, cups, napkins, salt & pepper. There is a small oven and stove as well as a microwave for quick meals. There is also an outdoor grille available for use.

very beautiful area.. lots of great hikes, waterfalls, state parks nearby.. very private RV parked on a peaceful little horse farm.. camper is older but everything clean and works great.. Kim very helpful and knowledgable and recommended some great hikes and sights.. would stay again but will likely have my own RV by then
