This campsite offers a serene escape with its beautiful riverside location and ample shade from mature trees, making it ideal for relaxation. Many visitors appreciate the easy access to the river for fishing, kayaking, and swimming, as well as the spacious, well-maintained grounds that accommodate both kids and pets. The friendly hosts are often noted for their responsiveness and helpfulness, ensuring guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay. While the majority of feedback is positive, a few guests noted challenges with large RVs navigating the site due to low-hanging branches and shared electrical hookups.
Small, secluded area, it has a great open space that was well maintained for dogs and kids. Friendly host. River access. Connections were easily accessible for the campers. There was a fence behind the area to park your camper gives a nice feeling of security.
Perfect central Texas get a way!
We are traveling from Idaho. This Hipcamp is in a very quiet area right by the river. Electric, water and sewer hookups at each site (four total). We actually lucked out and were the only ones there for two nights. About 25 minutes to Waco. Our dogs loved it. We would definitely stay again. Host was very quick to respond to a question I had. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for sharing your property!
We had a wonderful time. The quit as awesome, just what we needed to recharge. My husband did some fishing and I did some reading.
