This is an amazing spot, quiet and just remote enough to let you get sucked in by the stars at night. The suggestion of a 4x4 is correct though not difficult to navigate up the road. My Tacoma was fine.

Fantastic Spot

Fantastic spot! You definitely need 4WD to climb the road. It was quiet and secluded and the fire pit was perfect on a cold night. Would definitely camp here again.

Great spot! A little bit difficult to get to, but the Highlander was able to get up the mountain no problem. Perhaps a little smaller than I imagined, but it was perfect for a weekend away. Quiet and secluded.

Directions were clear and it was easy to find the spot. The road up is definitely steep and rocky, however was easy to navigate in my outback. The site was clean and felt super secluded. V pointed us towards a great overlook a short walk away and we soaked up all the foliage. Great for dogs, too!

This spot was exactly what i’d hoped it would be. It was beautiful, it was quiet, it was off the beaten path, the trees were incredible, the host was extremely responsive and everything was described perfectly. If i lived closer this would be a spot i’d come to again for sure.

Exactly what I expected. Road up is definitely tough, like most others say, 4WD advised. Perfect little spot, beautiful surrounding forest. Open canopy. Nice big fire pit. Directions communicated well. Offered a contact to purchase firewood from. Definitely recommend.
