Sana and WIlliams property is gorgeous!! We were so cozy and relaxed during our stay. The tent was equipped with all the amenities, the bathrooms are clean and the view from the lookout is breathtaking! And there's goats! Will definitely go back!!

We stayed at Campsite 1 — while it was close to our neighbors, it still felt very private and peaceful. There are a few folks who live on the property, all of whom were incredibly kind and contributed to a welcoming sense of community. The outdoor communal kitchen was well-equipped with all the right gadgets, though we mostly used our own gear to cook so we could enjoy the privacy. Our host was so sweet — they would occasionally stop by the communal space to check in and see how things were going, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights was visiting the chickens and feeding them greens — such a treat! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of community and solitude

2 nights at Camp Cruz Glamping Retreat

This place is awesome and Ismael was extremely accommodating. Our only hiccup was that Apple Maps took us to someone else's house down the street, but hopefully that is something they can fix. Otherwise, the space is really awesome and has such a cool feel with all sorts of amenities and vibes to experience. We expected it to be more of a communal space, but the fact that you get the whole camp area to yourself was a wonderful surprise.

Gorgeous, peaceful property. We loved this Hip Camp and are grateful to Rebecca for sharing it. We have a 28' travel trailer and I don't think we'll be back because we damaged our stabilizers on the sharp turn into the property. The one lane road wasn't ideal, but we took it slow and honked our horn on turns. We understand these are usually the types of risks you have to take if you want to find a Hip Camp with privacy and you are definitely rewarded for the effort. The site itself is flat and large and very clean. The porta potty was in great condition. We woke up to cotton tail bunnies frolicking in the site each day. The drive into town or to the beach wasn't terribly long. Maybe 15-20 minutes. If we come back with a smaller trailer we would love to stay again.

Absolutely stunning views and vibes! I love how close the trails are and the chickens are a delight . They are so thoughtful and the attention to detail was incredible . No need to bring any essentials if you’re not picky because in the yurt I got it was fully stocked with everything from bbq utensils to plates , tea, usb charger , you name it . Definitely desire to come back .

Beautiful location . Inside , there was enough space for the whole family ( 2 adults 3 children ) . Everything you need is provided and spotless clean . We made delicious pizzas in the pizza oven and had a movie night in the “ living room “ area that later converted into the beds for the children. In summary you get the joy of a camping weekend without the hassle of preparing all the gear and clean-up . We’ll go again .

The Rainbow Junction

The Rainbow Junction offers a unique camping experience at the intersection of Mines Road and HWY 130 in the San Antonio Valley. We operate a restaurant and we offer camping friendly meals for guests. We love the wildness of this property and do not allow cars or vehicles beyond the parking lot. All of our sites are hike in sites. It's about a 1/4 mile hike on a small foot path. We have a wagon available for guests to use and we are happy to help you carry your things. We host a communal fire pit in the evenings, weather permitting, for all guests to enjoy, we do not allow open fires on the property. Cal Fire has requested that all campers get a permit, even to operate a gas stove. The permit is free and takes just a few minutes. https://permit.preventwildfiresca.org/ Please pack your trash, food scraps can be place in our compost but please be prepared to take all other items with you when you leave. Our swimming pond is about a 3/4 mile hike through brush from the restaurant but is a great way to beat the heat during the day! Campsites have a picnic table. A dry toilet is a short walk from campsites and we equip sites with a water dispenser and a sealed container for trash. Water from our well is always available outside of the restaurant and bathrooms with running water are available during business hours. There is a fire trail along one of our ridge lines that offers stunning views of the San Antonio Valley as well as our abundant wildlife. We sometimes host speakers and educational workshops and guests are always welcome to participate in events. Campers, trailers, RVs and Vans are welcome to stay in our lot but we currently do not have hookups available. Have a large group? We are happy to reserve group sites.

We are a 5 acre property and home surrounded by tall redwood and oak trees. Very green and lots of shade. These are the amenities/facilities you will have free access to: Pool, Pool chairs and umbrellas, Deck area with sunset view, Trampolines, and hammocks. There is not cooking allowed by or at any of the common areas, due to flies and critters. Cooking and eating is only allowed by your sites and not in any common areas: Hammocks, Trampolines, Pool Area, tables, sink, and deck please follow this rule because we want to prevent our shared areas to be fly and bug infested. We are still working on ridding the flies and cleaning. (please try to bring prepackaged food or something easy. If anything you can drive 10 minutes to nearby food and grocery). In the past we let people cook and eat around the pool but now our whole property is fly infested and I find scattered leftovers on the ground. Thanks for understanding. THERE IS A 1-2 MINUTE HIKE TO THE CAMPSITES 1-5! Poolside campsites are closer to the parking and are bigger. FOR ALL CAMPSITES Free coffee in the mornings on the deck! If you have pets make sure to include the extra fee per pet please! We are very near the Lost Empire Hiking trail less than a mile away! We ask you to please let us know your ETA 30 minutes before coming as there is spotty connection. FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT POTTY TRAINED POOL DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED. WE DO NOT SHARE ELECTRICITY! CHECK OUT OUR NEW LODGING: This property is my home that I live in with my 2 kids. It is a rustic and homey vibe, definitely not a hotel. We want you to come knowing what to expect. Our property offers a pool, and trampolines for the kids. We have a deck patio area that overlooks an amazing view of the redwood forest. Most of our guests are those that come from foreign countries and they all LOVE the property. I love leaving a great impression of our area. RULES: Pack your trash. Rinse your feet before entering the pool. No floaties and pool toys of any type allowed. Do not leave children unsupervised. Do not sit on the edge of the reclinable chairs. Do not sit along the edge of the pool or on the pool cover box. All tables are solely for drinking, cooking is only available on the stumps or on tables brought by the camper. Be mindful of the area, do not litter or toss food anywhere except your trash bag. No dogs by the pool area. Dogs must be on leash at all times and clean up after them. No eating inside rooms or the cabin. Come to the deck to check-out. No smoking. Each tent is perched on a sturdy wooden platform and features a fully furnished deck, providing a cozy space to relax and soak in the breathtaking ocean (Half Moon Bay views) and forest views (Kings Mountain). All tents include a mini fridge and a stove, which are ideal for light cooking, intimate fireside storytelling, and warmth during cool mornings and evenings. We suggest you bring easy-to-prep food, drinks, warm clothes, hiking shoes, and a beanie, as it can get chilly without notice. Your designated parking space is a 6-minute walk from the campsite (downhill on arrival, then back uphill (steep) in the forest), so we recommend traveling light. Our campsite is nestled within the same property as our charming little farm. If you're interested in meeting our friendly farm animals, get in touch, and we'll be delighted to arrange a visit at a time that works best for you and them. Our goats roam the land all day and may visit you for pets and nuzzles. They are gentle, but please do not feed or let them inside the tent. Recharge from the day with a hot shower. Grab your fresh towels from your tent and go to your allocated bathhouses, where you’ll find an indoor shower and well-appointed restrooms. They are nicely lit and stocked with bath products. Additionally, a sink area is available for dish clean-up. Kings Mountain is famous for its hiking and biking trails nested amongst the redwoods. The closest is a 15-minute walk from our campsite, and dozens of others are within a 15-minute car ride. Tent 01 (180sqft) accommodates three people in a queen-size bed and a daybed. Tent 02 (210sqft) accommodates four people: two in a queen-size bed and two in a bunk bed Tent 03 (210sqft) accommodates four people: two in a queen-size bed and two in a twin bed + daybed Children: Kids under the age of 10 are not allowed. Our little town of Felton is 1 mile away and Santa Cruz is a 10 minute drive. *Henry Cowell State Park is half a mile away and *Roaring Camp Railroads is 1 mile away. Cottage is 500 sq ft, with it's own private deck area. We have a NO SHOE policy inside the cottage, because of the nature of living in the mountains. Thanks for your patience on this subject. There is a queen sized bed and a separate couch. I provide pillows, sheets and blankets for the bed. *Secure/fenced parking available for one vehicle *Kitchen with stove, refrigerator *Bathroom with shower and flushing toilet.
