Experience the elevated lifestyle at our charming campsite! Nestled in the back of our property, accessible via a horseshoe-shaped driveway, this dedicated camping spot awaits you. Please note that a 4WD/high clearance vehicle is essential for winter access. We have a nice long pull-in with full hookups on our one-acre property. It is fully fenced and we are happy to accept pets. We are in a rural neighborhood setting and my husband and I do live on the property in the small green house you can see in the photos. There are houses around; it's not a secluded wilderness spot. We've been RVing for seven years (two of them full-time) and hiking and camping for many more. We're happy to provide local recommendations or to help you out with your rig if you're new. Our home is conveniently located approximately 35 minutes from downtown Boulder or Nederland, 45 minutes from Eldora for skiing enthusiasts, 25 minutes from the Longs Peak Trailhead, and 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

We are RVers and would far rather stay on private land than an impacted RV park; we thought others might as well so we decided to share our property. Learn more about this land: Two sites. Semi rural property of 1 plus acre to house your RV while traveling or availing local activities; there is a home on the property. Close to Boulder CO and other towns, easy access and quiet place to stay that is not an RV park. RV must be self contained with a toilet. We do not provide one. If you wish long term there are some criteria regarding septic dumping so include this in your initial message and I will explain. Generators may not be used, however we can supply 30 amp for a small fee during hot summer months. Water as needed but there is no sewer hookup. These are short term spaces and is for seeing the area and visiting people that you know. The camp spot is on 1 acre behind the house. You can enter and exit going forward, however, there is a right angle turn to get in. We will guide you in or drive in for you; there is a Commercial Driver's License in the family.

Glacier Getaway Bunkhouse and Lot

Come experience the high alpine! Our bunkhouse and lot are conveniently located just 1/2 mile from both the St. Mary's Glacier and the Yankee Hill ATV/OHV trailheads. The Arapaho National Forest with tons of hiking is also just 200 yds away! The lot is open and spacious. It faces south and west for maximum sun exposure. Enjoy mountain views of Grey's and Torrey's Peaks right from your lawnchair! Come have a picnic or have a campfire under the stars. Utilize our bunkhouse to crash for a couple nights, to get out of the elements after camping, to give more space for the kids, or just as a mountain hangout with your friends. The bunkhouse, has one full bed, one single bed, and a fold-down futon if needed. It has power, indoor and outdoor lights, and heat, however, no plumbing. An outhouse is provided right outside the door! Use our large lot for overnight parking of your ATV toyhaulers or RVs. A 30A standard RV plug is available (note max breaker power is at 20A) Wifi internet provided via T-Mobile. It only runs at 2-4 mbps during the day (because of all the hiker traffic) and 8-10 mbps at night.
