We have 40 acres with miles of trails through the property. It is located on the hudson valley wine trail so there are tons of wineries to access. We are in the mountains with great climbing, next to a state park. The campsite is on top of a massive boulder that looks out over the grounds with tons of wildlife surrounding. On a dead end road in the middle of the woods with no other houses within sight. ***PLEASE NOTE: BATHROOMS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE SEASON. A little bit about us. This is a small campground. We do have one Glamping site as well as well as a super luxurious pool house available. We rent small retro RV's as well, see our other listings!! There are 40 acres here to explore with small streams, wetlands and forests. We have 4 modern brand new bathrooms with a hot showers in a beautiful new bathhouse with a charging station for phones and tablets. Its pretty amazing!!!!! We do have sulfur water, its great for your skin but smells! Each site usually has a 2 chairs, a table , a grill and a fire ring..... We also offer 3 vintage campers for a unique glamping experience. We have a 1984, a 1975 and a 1966 all with solar electric lighting. Running water is located at the camp store. Take a look at our listings or ask me. I'll tell you all about them. *Please note that use of the pool is available to guests of the pool house only. We also offer hiking excursions. Please book in advance. Our sites are in the middle of the 40 acres of beautiful undeveloped land to explore or just enjoy the quiet. There are no street lights to block the view of the night sky and the fire flies are something to see. We still have all the cool stuff like tons of restaurants, breweries, wineries & vineyards, and farms all around. Boulder Point Camping is centrally located among indoor and outdoor activities, great restaurants, local shops, and antiquing. We are close to loads of hiking trails, state parks, restaurants, creeks, swimming, fishing and more. Sam's Point, Ice Caves Mountain, and Minnewaska State Park just to name a few! In addition there are plenty of microbreweries, wineries, and farms where you can pick your fruit right off the tree (or vine) as the case may be. We are also a few minutes from Angry Orchard, Gardiner Brewing Company, and Baldwin Vineyards and many many others... Dogs welcome with an additional $20 fee. We can accommodate small vans, popups and RVs as well. Check in is at 3 pm Check out is a strict 12 pm unless prior arrangements have been made. A quick 5 minute drive will get you to one of the best disc golf courses in the north east. For the truly adventurous, Clarksville Cave is a short drive away. Willow Hill Farm and Mountains

Willow Hill Farm is a family-run working horse farm. We train , teach, board horses, and run a day camp. We had a resident camp for 40 years. We have mountains in our backyard and the Au Sable River with world class fishing bordering our meadow for a half mile. Great swimming there, also! We are 45 minutes from Lake Placid and 30 minutes from Plattsburgh. Montreal and Burlington, VT are a 1.5 hour drive. Lake Champlain is 15 minutes away. Hiking, boating, and swimming are all close, and riding lessons are available on the farm. Most hip camp sites are where resident campers stayed. There are two sleeping cabins with many bunks. Each has two small rooms where a counselor slept and one large room. There are screened windows with shutters on all sides and screen doors without locks on each end. There are electrical outlets and over head lights in the cabins. We have plans to improve the cabins. Past the cabins is the Green with 4 loose stone firepits. Across from the cabins is the shower house with four hot showers, sink, and toilets. Showers and toilets have closed stalls. Currently, the water system is above ground and will not work in freezing temps. We are installing an outhouse for year round use. All water is from our excellent well. On each side of the former(closed) dining are spots. There are electrical outlets on the outside of the dining hall. People with campers may like to park in the riding arena near the barnyard. There are outlets, but no toilets. Good water is available from the barns. Lovely views of sky and mountains! We also have a beautiful 50 acre field with an outlet, but no well. We will be putting an outhouse there. Excellent sky viewing here. This is where we jump and train our horses. is

The property is a 5 minute drive to the hamlet of Mountaindalewhich has a lovely Rail Trail for hikes and bikes, and some excellent dining options including @ highvoltagecatskills, in addition to creek bar a magical cafe & bar with outdoor seating and fire pits that serves delicious modern Polish American comfort food, great cocktails, and has live music and events on weekends. There is also an artisan pizza spot with indoor/outdoor seating, hipster vibes and fun cocktails and live music @ thedaleNY For shopping you can also stop by @ forageandgather - they have foods, meats, gourmet deli and coffee and carry all the little things you may have forgotten to bring along in addition to a locally and craft focused wine and spirits shop. Also stop by @badgrandmashop for the most vibrant and stylish clothes for all sizes and styles. Not to be missed. There is also a lovely yoga studio and bollywood dance spot in addition to some other delightful gems in town. There is superb hiking nearby at Neversink Unique Area in Rock Hill. Also Bashakill trails (and conveniently a vineyard with tastings and events right nearby). Your'e also about 30 minutes away from super cute fun larger towns and attractions like New Paltz, Livingston Manor, and tons of incredible Catskill hiking and nature opportunities. NOTE! Towner's Country Paradise

Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. In the 1960s, Llewellyn's love for aviation led him to construct a small airstrip and hangar, and then his son Terry began to plant Christmas Trees (no more cows) and clear much of the land.
