20 ft campervan

5 nights at Green Acre Camp

Green Acres was a solid, no frills landing spot for exploring Port Townsend and the Olympic Peninsula. Having electrical hookup was great for charging devices, though cell service was pretty spotty/nonexistent for me (AT&T). Just a heads up for those who may want to unwind with a movie or something after a day of exploring, be sure to download to your device first if you have AT&T! No toilet so pack in/out but the picnic table was super handy. Property is lovely, there's a nice firepit in the back area that feels more secluded than the parking spot. All in all, I would stay again!

2 nights at Shadow Mountain Campground

We had a jeep with a pop-up tent on top and it was perfect for the campsite. Bathrooms were really clean and showers got warm. General store had everything you’d need. Lights and campsite were super cute.

Weekend Trip to Green Acre Camp

Nice flat space to park our small RV, not too far from town. We appreciated the access to electricity as the nights were a little cold! Easy to find upon first arriving.

The road noise wasn't a bother, cute campsite, bathrooms are brand new and very nice. $2 for both washer and dryer, and check your machine before using it. No change machine, so bring your quarters from town. We were staying as we were passing through from Forks to Port Angeles, so we didn't get to do much in Lake Crescent/Sol Duc/Snug Cove, but it was in a good place for it!

Our stay started out with a mishap, but Staci went above and beyond to remedy the situation ASAP. I was beyond impressed at her commitment to making our stay a good one. The camp site was really nice, 20 minutes outside of downtown Port Angeles and just outside of Olympic National Park. The bathroom was absolutely stellar; my daughter couldn't stop raving about. She said it was "way better than her school bathroom." I'm hoping we can return to this lovely spot.

This was our second time stopping by this little oasis. It’s unassuming, has everything you need, and nothing you don’t (so long as you bring your plumbing with you). It’s our favorite basecamp on the strait and perfect for day trips.

We have a gorgeous covered area and deck with propane mini BBQ and bench seating, full water and 30 amp power hook-ups, and beautiful views of the surrounding farm fields and a one hundred year old barn (PLEASE don't access the barn area or fields, it's not ours but the views are great!) Lots to do around the area, including Finnriver Cidery, hiking in the Olympic Mountains and the Victorian town of Port Townsend. We now have decent wifi you can use, so option to come and work remotely! (Unfortunately we don't have tons of space for kids or dogs to run around, but definitely plenty of nice grassy area to set up tents, yard games and a campfire). Our site includes wifi, picnic table, and potable water. Campfires (outside of a burn ban) and pets permitted! However we do have free-roaming chickens (ask us about fresh eggs!) so leashed up or chicken-friendly dogs please. Guests love staying here: "Gorgeous spot to sit, relax and take in the sunset across the farm fields before tucking in. We visited for one night with a 10.5’ tall camper van rented from Cabana, which fit easily under the shelter with plenty of clearance. The shelter itself is a great spot to get outside and eat a meal, and the rocking chairs in the yard were chill too! An occasional loud truck will go by on the nearby road, but not bad. We slept fine. Walk to Finnriver Cidery for dinner (yum)"

Big Valley

Come with your RV and camp on my property. It is a rural/farm area but very close to the cute town of Poulsbo. Relax with a pastureland view of big valley. Water and electricity are available (but no sewage). Big Valley is a popular biking area and there are some really nice hiking trails nearby. Killer frisbee golf course across the street. New for 2024 is a gazebo with outdoor furniture and a propane fireplace. And a new picnic table located adjacent to the RV pad. In 2023 I installed a mesh WiFi system that gets good coverage at the site. Kick back and watch a movie on your laptop. Connection information is on the electric outlet adjacent to the site. In 2022 I had a gravel pad installed. I mention it as some of the older photos show folks needing levelers. Not the case anymore. I happily rent my pasture to J and W who come by in the morning and/or evening to check in on them. They have goats, alpacas, and piggies staying in my pasture. Bob and Rose's Pumpkin Patch

When we purchased this property it was covered with black berry bushes, we did not even know what might be underneath when we started to clear it. At first we just wanted a garden but the deer ate the blueberries so we planted pumpkins. They were a success, in fact one year we gave a pumpkin to each Beach School kindergartner. Later on we decided to set it up as with RV hook ups for our friends and that is how we got to where we are now. We love to share Lummi Island, it is a special place. Park your camping trailer or RV, water, electricity, both 110 and 30 amp service, sewer (septic hook up) are ready for you. We have a propane campfire for evening campfires but you will need to hook up your propane to it. Once you're set up, start exploring. The beach, blizzard trail, ride your bike, bring your kayak or just sit back and take in views all the way to Canada. Lummi Island does have a grocery store, near the ferry landing, but, best to stock your meals from home as the store has limited supplies. There is only one restaurant on Lummi Island the Beach Store Cafe, moderate prices but only open Thursday thru Sunday. The best part of Lummi Island is the tranquility, kick back and enjoy fresh air, beach walks, outstanding sunsets and quiet nights. Pets OK, please pick up after pet and have a leash.

Good 'Dose' of Relaxation

You will find numerous hikes in the Olympic National Forest within a short drive, a gorgeous waterfall and swimming hole within 5 minutes, parks, Whitney Garden & Nursery, boat launches, crabbing, clamming & oyster digging, wildlife watching, enjoying the Hood Canal, and much more! Or, just sit back and relax in tranquility, as the property sits at the end of a cul de sac just before entering national forest land. Be sure to leash your pets and keep a good eye, as there are wildcats, coyotes, and bears in the area. Learn more about this land: Pull your RV or trailer onto this lot and take in the beautiful southwestern view of Mt. Jupiter ridge and a peek-a-boo view of the Dosewallips River! Listen closely, and you will hear the sounds of the river below. The lot is equipped with power and water hookups! Please be aware the water hookup is near the main gate entrance and the power is about 40 feet apart, so you may need a long hose (see pic). Enjoy the view from the large deck, firepit, or picnic table overlooking the river, valley, and mountains. This lot is truly a little slice of heaven! Within a few minutes, find yourself at Rocky Brook falls (see pics) for a spectacular view and even a swim if you so please! Pleasant Harbor Marina (also shown in pics) also within 10 minutes! You will also find many hiking trails and parks nearby! There is weak cell service on the lot, so you may or may not be able to connect. I get 1-2 bars with Sprint. While this property is not very far off the Dosewallips road (35 mph), it is generally very quiet and peaceful. You may hear cars and motorcycles from time to time, but very faintly. The lot is at about 350 ft. elevation, so you may get noise traveling up the valley from the residential community below (to which I belong), such as dogs, people using chainsaws, etc. There is hunting allowed in the national forest, so you could potentially hear guns in the distance during the day, but that is rare. There are a few close neighbors, so please be respectful and quiet, especially in the evening. Please bring your own firewood when campfires are allowed and please do not forage for firewood on or around the property. Lastly, while the sightings have been few and rare, the neighbors have seen bears, cougars, coyotes, and bobcats near their homes and this property. So keep an eye on your children and pets, especially if off-leash (your pet of course!) The property also slopes a bit where the deck starts, so again, keep a close eye on the kiddos. You have a very good chance of seeing the local Roosevelt Elk that travel in huge herds around Brinnon (See pics). They sometimes lay down and hang out on the grass on the property! Make sure your pets have their flea and tick updates!

Please read on and don’t forget to read some reviews. .Our 16 acre private riverfront property is located on the Dungeness River just outside the city of Sequim in Clallam County on the Olympic Peninsula. There are just two very large campsites. Each site can accommodate two RV’s or just a bunch of tents. You will have full access to the parcel allowing you to explore or just hang out at the river. We are pet friendly. Well behaved dogs can be off leash this vacation The nearest towns are Port Angeles, Port Townsend, Victoria B.C., and Sequim where you’ll find restaurants, wineries, and more. The nearest attractions are Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge, Olympic Discovery Trail, Ferry Dock to Victoria B.C., Lake Crescent, and Hoh Rainforest where you can enjoy activities such as: boating, fishing, wildlife viewing, winter activities, hiking, biking, etc. Also, you can ride directly from the campsite to some fabulous mountain biking trails at Dungeness Trails. PLEASE NOTE, Both sites are equipped with an additional RV parking spot right on the river with 30 amp power and Wifi for an additional $45.00 per night. City Scape Homestead

We are located on a greenbelt off a dead end street. Enjoy the view of the city lights right outside your van or say hi to our two friendly goats. You might spot our resident coyotes or friendly bunnies during your stay. 10 minutes from the city but feels like you are out in your own private forest! Hose hook up and standard power outlet (15amp) available during your stay. Only a 10-15 minute uber/taxi to downtown or 5 minutes to nearby restaurants/bars. Not the most walkable but just a short car ride from most things! (Downtown, Alki Beach, Georgetown, Airport) We live in an urban setting so you may encounter noise from nearby vehicles, airplanes, fire trucks, etc. This site can only accommodate camper vans or class c motor homes no larger than 25ft. Driver will need to backdown our long driveway to park in the designated site on the side of our house. Please no more than three people and one vehicle. We may be able to make accommodations based on your situation but please message us first! We can only accommodate towable rvs no larger than 20ft in total length including trailer tongue. You must be able to backdown long driveway and park tow vehicle on street. We operate our rental business out of our home so you may encounter driveway traffic during your stay.

End of the road. Start of an epic camping weekend. River to the side, Cascade foothill mountains surround. two flush toilets, porta potty and two showers. Each site has river access. Sand and grass. Close to the north cascades. Minutes from live music, bars and quality mexican restaurant. Rails to trail for bikes and walking. Tward the end of july the river starts to recede opening up more possibilities of having interaction with the river. That being said its crucial you keep an eye out on your kids. We had a guy out here who almost killed his kids multiple times underestimating the current. Watch out!!Kinda going for the peaceful, listen to the river and birds, vibe. Would rather there be no music and if there is then super low and off by 7. Sauna available April 1st
