Either get your sweat on kayaking and rafting, or go zen fishing or floating. Make sure you hike the trails: the hot springs that the trails lead to, are perfect for soaking and detoxing! Campsites have toilets and water so no need for Grizzly Adams, you will be perfectly pampered without spending the cash.
