Location, location, location!! Very secluded and private area! Perfect for Van lifers and travelers!
Easy access to I-40. Twenty minutes west of Seligman. 45 minutes east of Kingman!
I have 40 acres for you to enjoy! You can hike and ATV, and enjoy all that my property has to offer! You can also shoot rifles at my property!
I recommend any AWD, 4x4 or a crossover vehicle with a good enough ground clearance! It’s mostly a two-track dirt road to my property. There’s rough gravel when you exit the I-40.
Great quiet spot. Will definitely check out again. Make sure your vehicle has decent clearance from the ground. It definitely has some spots where it gets bumpy. I made it up in a 21ft class B but mine sits up a little higher. Girard was a great host, available to answer any questions I had. Thanks again!
Love the spot, it's quiet, scenic and private. Temperature is this time of year are perfect, mid May. Girard was really flexible with my bookings, really made things easier. Great spot to check out!
We loved staying here! We almost stayed in Seligman, but after hearing the train in town go so loudly and slowly by, we’re so glad we chose Girard’s place instead. He is a very responsive host, and answered all my questions promptly. He was also proactive in offering us anything we might need. We slept wonderfully well, since it was so quiet at night (I couldn’t hear the highway at all, even though it was easy to get to this spot from the interstate). My daughter loved seeing a jackrabbit bounding through the brush on our way in and our way out in the morning. It was somehow a very unbuggy place too, so we didn’t need our nets even with our van’s interior lights on. We particularly appreciated the mature pinyon (or juniper?) trees, parking in the shade of one to escape the late afternoon heat, angled so as to catch the early morning sun the next day (since desert nights feel cold). Always nice to be able to choose the perfect spot for your rig! Watching the sun go down was very enjoyable too, we felt like we had the whole desert to ourselves! We’d totally stay here again, it’s a great spot to camp, and I’d recommend Girard as an attentive and helpful host too :)
