Quiet and off grid. No light pollution and amazing mountain views and night sky. What an amazing sky We have here! The stars at night are outstanding. We are 25 miles from the grand canyon. Just 2 miles from the town of Valle ( Grand canyon Junction). We are 27 miles to historic Williams and 50 miles to Flagstaff. We are close to Snowbowl and the Nordic Center if you like to ski. We have 360 mountain views. Its quiet, no light pollution and the sky is amazing! We live here full time off grid. Beautiful spot for camping
5 m campervan
Beautiful location, and bare bones everything else. Road to site was very bumpy and can’t imagine what it would be like if it had rained. I would say 4 wheel drive is necessary for access

We had a wonderful stay on Rianna’s property. She has a great space in the middle of the beautiful countryside. We arrived just as a gorgeous sunset was underway.
The access road and driveway were a bit of a challenge, but we had no trouble with our 19 foot Promaster 2500 van - we just took our time.
Rianna was very friendly and welcoming and met us to show us our options for parking. She also made us a great dinner that was a super welcome end to a long day.
We would highly recommend Rianna’s property and would definitely stay there again any time that we are in the neighborhood.

We loved our time at Rianna’s! She went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be good for the trip, and the spot was also incredible for star-gazing and watching the sunrise!

The place was perfect for star gazing and access to the Grand Canyon. Nice and quiet. Just remember that the lot is in dirt roads so depending on the weather could get a little muddy.

Perfect camp spot for adventure!
Tent
Loved camping on Rianna’s land. Beautiful wide open high desert with the friendliest dogs and cute kittens. She is a phenomenal cook and yoga instructor, I recommend adding on breakfast and yoga at sunrise in the desert! She was so kind and accommodating, made us feel very welcome and at home. My EV Hyundai Ioniq 5 handled the dirt roads out there just fine.

Tent
The road in isn't terrible and is mostly sand. Plenty of flat spots to tent and feels very safe! Privy was well-stocked with TP. Did have cell-service. Easy drive to the South Rim.
