Just 20 minutes from Sedona enjoy this private garden oasis walking distance from Old town Cottonwood (Not in the summer heat). Our green casita has a full kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms making it ideal for families, 2 couples or couples that snore! Step out of the french doors into a shady garden patio. Seasonal veggies from the garden. The space Centrally located in the Verde Valley wine country, our home offers a completely private 2 bedroom apartment situated in beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. Its a 3/4 mile from the center of old town, and only 20 minutes from both Sedona and Jerome making it the perfect location to explore the valley from. If you love hiking, swimming, horse back riding, ancient pueblos and cliff dwellings, or want to tour the wine country of northern Arizona, our place offers the ideal location. Guest access When you stay with us you will have access to a very private lushly landscaped acre. Its fully fenced making it the perfect place to bring young children and dog. But please note no cats and if you have more than one dog please contact us before booking. Your casita has its own entrance and is situated away from the main house so you can come and go as you please.

Old Town Garden Oasis 2

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple days and loved it! It was a very peaceful area and we were able to explore Old Town Cottonwood and Sedona. Definitely recommend this to others!

Old Town Garden Oasis 2

Very nice and quiet place close to Cottonwood historical main street, lots of shops , cafes and restaurants! The fifth wheel was very cosy and comfortable! Dead Horse Ranch State Park just a few minutes away, Red Rock State Park 20 minutes away. Hosts Joshua and Kara were very welcoming and quick to answer any requests or questions, We would not hesitate to recommend this place! We will surely return again!

Old Town Garden Oasis

The Old Town Garden Oasis was such a great stay. Joshua was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious with all the essential amenities. The area was peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. Restaurants and groceries were all within a short driving distance away. Sedona and hiking trail heads were all within a 25 min drive away. I had a great time staying at Joshua's place and would definitely be back if I'm in the area again.
