Private and quite 1 acre in the edge of 17 acres. Very peaceful, occasionally see deer and other wildlife. 30 and 15 amp connection included fresh deep well water, and septic tank drop connection. Owner is retired and available most anytime. AT&T 5G tower about 1/2 mile. And Verizon gets 1-2 bars. 7-8 miles from Blackshear or Patterson, Ga.With full RV Hookup 30 amp, septic tank, deep well water. You will find it a quiet campground in a country neighborhood with not so close neighbors. A 24/7 security camera ensures your safety. You might want to visit the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge or play golf nearby. Grocery and restaurants are located in Patterson 5 miles, Blackshear 9 miles and Waycross 17 Jesup 26 miles away. I will be happy to provide information of the vicinity. Sewer;17 feet to water and 13 feet electric connection totals to 30 feet as you can see in photos I have no problems with my 30 foot Jayco and f-150

Great quiet place. You truly have privacy! Well kept and safe. Feels like it’s your own property. We arrived at night and jrod showed us to the spot safely. Great communication during our whole stay. We stayed two weeks for work and enjoyed being away from the city.

We loved this camping spot! Easy to find and very private on a large lot, the surrounding nature was beautiful with lots of wild flowers and trees. Jack was great and really helpful!!! We definitely recommend staying here if you like privacy or have pets!
