This is a quiet location and not a party spot:This is a eco friendly entirely off grid location with solar electric, rain catchment and composting toilet. Easeful spot

Jeff was an awesome host sharing his 'living the dream' spot. He was flexible about timing, super generous in his hospitality and refreshingly ecologically and socially conscious. It was wonderful to witness and experience being in such a low throughout mini homestead with all the needed amenities. In the morning it was sweet to share meditation time and fresh orange juice from his trees. I recommend meeting this wise, kind, and humble resident of the Island full of good cheer, great stories, and offering a peaceful spot from which you can hear ocean waves all eve. Thanks for a grounding place to sleep for our last eve on the island Jeff!
