A great get away that’s close to everything. Green Acres is a 25 acres rolling meadow, surrounded by a green belt that provides a significant amount of privacy. The property is gated, mostly fenced in, and has a creek that divides the adjacent land to the Northeast. The Township park is 5 minutes down the road, and the corner grocery store (gas station/fast food) is only a couple minutes more. 15 minutes from Downtown Lapeer and 15 minutes to several lakes to fish.
