Miss Angels Farm is a 55 acre family farm and orchard in Mt Airy, NC. We have peach trees, apple trees, various seasonal crops, flower fields, and a rose garden, and host events and festivals throughout the growing season. We're a 15 drive from downtown Mayberry, right off of highway 89 and close to highways 77 and 74. We have camping spots available along the Beaver Dam Creek at the edge of our property line, with places to grill food and toilets, water sources, a playground, and a bonfire ring closer to our pavilion at the center of the farm, where you can also get some love from our very friendly barn cats, and see our pet ducks, peacocks, and tortoises (named Cheech and Chong). Additionally, we're located close to the Blue Ridge Parkway access in NC, several local vineyards, an ole timey ice cream shop, and our own country store located on the farm. Please arrive around 6pm and check out by 11am the following day. Someone will be at the farm store to help you or answer any questions you might have upon arrival. Pitch your tent wherever you like along the river!  We have parking closer to the driveway in case of bad weather or if you feel your car won't be able to handle getting up and down the hill to the campsite, and a couple golf carts so feel free to ask for a ride to the campsite! The campsite itself is very private to the campers, but the pavilion is open for campers to congregate for hanging out, eating, having a fire, or telling scary stories together. We are a working farm and orchard!  Please do not drive over our crops! Campers are welcome to do their own fruit picking when available, but must do so during daylight hours and check in at the farm store prior to doing so. We also ask that campers pack out their own trash or throw it away at the country store before leaving to keep our farm and river a clean and healthy environment. Please be kind to our animals, plants, and farmers. Stop by the pavilion before you leave on Sunday and get a thank you gift basket from Miss Angel!

Heavenly stay

I loved the farm. They were having a Halloween event and got me right into a fun group to walk thru the scary corn field. Gave permission to harvest huge blackberries and grapes. The next day, I cut cosmos for friends effected by Hurricane Helene. Miss Angel and Randy's kindness was everywhere. She also sent me to NC with pies and cookies for Hurricane victims. The site was easy to get to with a mini van. Quick and easy to find off of the interstate. I would stay again.

This was a life saving find from a day that had many changed plans. The place was beyond expectations for simple primative camping. Hope to come back and enjoy their peach harvest in late June.

We took our daughter here for her first camping trip. We had a great time. The site was nice and private.
