Sit or stroll around a natural pond and bubbling creek, walking trails, and free range chickens beneath 100' oak, maple, and gum trees offering a lush resting place all year around.This unicorn glamping retreat is perfectly located 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh. For local guests, we are just North of 440 beltline, just South 540 beltline, in North East Raleigh, and less than 1 mile bike/hike off Neuse River Greenway trail by way of neighborhood roads. Access nature's luxury -- the great outdoors with private hiking trails, natural pond and bubbling creek. Rest nestled within acres of age old tree canopy 100 ft above. Come and stay to relax and play. It was in complete view of the house which took any sense of privacy away. I didn’t receive site notices until 6:30 pm, which included that the host would putting the chickens away at 7 (6 ft from tent). Wood platform from picture gone. Moldy solo cup left from prior visit. Tent obviously not cleaned well even for camping standards. Exceptional photos on website though

Beautiful Lake View! Spacious yurt!

This site sets a high bar for comfort and privacy all with the beautiful lake backdrop that looks even better than the pictures. I returned to the yurt very tired, after spending the day at a music festival in downtown Raleigh, and was able to get a sound night of sleep on the queen air mattress with clean linens. Among other accommodations, the large amount of water provided, the solar lamp, and the ample amount of space made the yurt very comfortable. Jayson was very responsive in helping me find the property and ensuring that I was comfortable. This is a hidden gem and I'll be returning if I ever find my way back to Raleigh.

Beautiful landscaping. Really nice variety nature sounds between the birds and frogs. We have never heard frogs make sounds like this! Not even going to try to explain it but it was great to fall asleep and wake up in nature. Also easy to find through directions and gps. I love that the owners gave us our quiet time as well.

I recently had the pleasure of camping at Jayson's beautiful property and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is truly picturesque, with a lovely pool and stunning views that provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable camping trip. Jayson was an incredibly gracious host, providing us with helpful guidance and assistance to ensure we found the perfect parking spot and were able to settle in comfortably. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. One of the highlights of the trip was getting to meet Jayson's adorable golden retriever, who was just as friendly and welcoming as his owner.

We loved this spot by the pond under the stars! I stayed with three other adults after biking the Neuse River trail and it was a quick drive to a trailhead. Jayson was super kind and communicative. Loved having firewood there for us and really enjoyed the quiet.
