Sarabah Stud Camp offers a peaceful retreat with clean and well-maintained facilities. Campers appreciate the spacious sites and the natural beauty of the creek, which is perfect for swimming and spotting wildlife like turtles and platypus. While the majority of reviews highlight the serene environment and convenient amenities, there are occasional issues such as music restrictions and gate maintenance that campers should be aware of. Overall, it's a favored spot for a relaxing getaway with easy access to local attractions like vineyards and charming nearby towns.
Beautiful sites well spaced apart for privacy, grounds are very well kept and clean. Each of the sites we passed had a toilet and backed along a very nice river with great swimming spots.
Had a great weekend, peaceful and relaxing.
But please replace the entrance gate, my lovely partner is now nursing a broken toe as the gate dropped on her foot while opening it on our way out
We really enjoyed our stay at Sarabah Stud camp. We stayed at the Mulberry tree spot. As the name suggests there was a beautiful big Mulberry Tree. This site is secluded from the other sites, however does not provide much shade. Which was fine with us as we had an awning. There are electric fences around some of the spots to stop cattle if they are in the same field. There is a great swimming hole and access to see the platypus swimming around.
Each spot had its own portalable toilet that was very clean.
The sites were very level, great for all kinds of camping set ups.
We would definitely go back!
We had the best time ever at Sarabah stud camp. Robert was so accomodating straight from booking. We walked to the vineyard on the second day and enjoyed a wine tasting and pizzas, after a day hanging around the creek, swimming and playing cards. What a perfect spot!
