Gravel pad for short-term RV parking with 50/30 amp service, water, and strong wifi included. No sewer/septic. 35 minutes to Chattanooga. On single family property, in farming community with cows nearby. Privately enjoy all 2.6 acres, with view of the surrounding mountains. Sequatchie Valley is between two long ridges of mountains. There are views everywhere you drive. When arriving, look for the white mailbox labeled 456 and turn in between that and the 456 sign on the ground (solar lighted). It is a long gravel driveway. The turn will be a tight fit for 35 ft rigs, but it is doable. The gravel pad is 13 ft wide and 35 feet long but it starts to slope at about 30 ft. You are free to enjoy any part of the 2.6 acre property but be aware that the fence around the cows is electric. The cows belong to the neighbor. I am away until February so you will have the whole place to yourself unless I tell you otherwise when booking. February through May 1 the property is shared. The property is maintained 2 hours each week. $137/week or $551/month The Sequatchie River crosses under Mount Calvary Rd near Hwy 28. There is a place on Mount Calvary to pull off and wade.

Lovely, accessible, private
Tent
We had a great time tent/car camping at Susan's place! There was plenty of space for us to pitch a sizable (96"x90") tent on fairly soft, level ground. The driveway turn-in is narrow, but with Susan's directions it was easy to spot, and with potable water, a fire ring and firewood, and a small table and chairs to use, we were quite cozy. Susan was an excellent and prompt communicator, too. Overall a lovely experience.

Susan's land was centrally located for me. It was quite at night. Close to trails. Close enough to Chattanooga, but also far enough away to not be bothered by city noise. A great piece point.

A good experience

I had a good experience at this Hipcamp. This was my first Hipcamp experience. I arrived after dark and left before sunrise. In between I slept very well. Susan was surprised when I arrived. Said she didn’t get a notification of my booking. Still she greeted me, was very friendly and gave me a quick overview. Description is accurate. I would stay here again.

We had a change of plans, so actually didn’t end up staying here. The host was great to work with though, so would definitely recommend it!
