Hope Acres has beautiful Bell Tents that are placed on elevated decks with comfortable queen beds and some twins. Each tent boasts air conditioning that provides the comforts of home while enjoying the outdoors. Each camp site offers a personal bathroom as well as a shower, picnic table, high speed internet, hammock, BBQ and outdoor sink, amenities for an enjoyable experience. This is a very natural place with awesome rock formations, abundant wildlife etc. I did find an ancient axe head years ago in one of the crevices. Up above camp is a rock formation I have always called "Mike Rushmore". Learn more about this land: This is a really cool place and I get a lot of compliments from those that have been here or have seen it. It's a hikers paradise with lots of rock features, sandy areas, tons of trees, wildlife and all the beautiful plant life of a high desert. The lake is close by for Fishing, kayaking, boating, or just a good ole swim about 10 minutes away. So, here is what you get on my 15 acres. Me, as your host to show you around and let you pick from several spots available where you would like to camp on the upper 5 acres for RV, truck, tent,, etc. I can accomidate whatever. For those that want the natural experience I suggest down below. So cool. There is no one right next to me to the north, south, east, or west. Very private. It is off grid.. However, potable water and generator can be available if needed for and extra fee. This place is absolutely amazing. Your host: Mike It's my place so I can do what I want. Welcome to Sandstone Ranch where you'll find yourself surrounded with all of the high desert beauty it has to offer. Wake up and wind down to beautiful pastel sunrises and sunsets. Explore the stunning rock formations and steep cliff sides that lead into seasonal river beds. You'll be surrounded by juniper trees, pine trees, sagebrush and cactus. With numerous rivers and secluded access to Starvation Reservoir you can enjoy many recreational activities such as Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, Jet Skiing, ATV off-roading, hiking, mountain biking. You can rent Paddle boards or other camping gear/goods from us for an extra fee. We also offer a personal off roading tour for those who seek a unique adventure with our Sand Dune Jeep Safari. Our family of 6 took the leap and left the city life in order to reconnect to the land on this 11 acre property. We are in the beginnings of our homestead journey and hope to create a space for guests like you to enjoy our animal rescue, camp retreats for groups, classes on herbalism and camp for kids where they can learn basic survival skills. It is this love for nature and the gifts that it offers to us all that we want to share our land with others. We currently offer 1 Tent Site with a fire pit and an outhouse. There is also the option for RV site on the main pad. We will be expanding and offering more sites in the coming months. We bought this property in 1998 put a house on it and have enjoyed our backyard which is Hoyt Peak where we can four-wheel or snowmobile or mountain bike right out our driveway. The view out our front yard is deer Valley ski resort. You’re welcome to park your trailer in our driveway and enjoy our amenities.Learn more about this land:One mile up a dirt road with easy access to Wasatch National Forest directly from our driveway. Hiking, mtn biking, and ATV riding are all possible. Countless mountain lakes and streams nearby in Mirror Lake Hwy. Park City is 20 minutes away. Salt Lake City is 50 minutes away. DeJoria center is five minutes away with a nice restaurant, free concert series, and excellent recreation.

This Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent (or rent one of ours) on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Green River. You will be surrounded by the unique landscape of North Eastern Utah. The river is constantly changing so the exact location of the campsite is adjusted accordingly to provide the best experience for our guests. You will have a private campsite with BBQ pit or fire ring, fire starter kit, and wood. There is access to a common area for latrine, dressing area, gravity fed solar shower, and ​eco-friendly toiletries. The river is full of fun and relaxation. There are life vests, kid and adult kayaks, sand toys, and more available for rent. The campsite is on the fringe of a large hay farm so you may spot farming in action. Expect a 15-20 minute drive to downtown with many food, entertainment, and amenities offered. There is a diversity of wildlife to be seen on site. It is a bird watchers paradise, don't be surprised if you spot a bald eagle, Canadian geese, peregrine falcon, cranes, meadow lark, red-wing black bird, and more! Depending on the time of year you may see deer, antelope, racoon, beaver, or the occasional skunk or coyote.

This is a great rest area tucked away behind a hilly landscape and out of sight of Hwy 40. Wake up to the smell of sage where you will feel relaxed, calm yet experience the invigorating sense of earthy goodness. Go to bed under the stars and if you're a late nighter you'll be mesmerized at the sight of the stunning Milky Way. There is a tent pad able to fit up to 6 people, a fire ring and spacious horseshoe driveway for parking multiple vehicles or a small to midsize RV/Camper trailer. Newly installed is a rustic country style privacy fence. This is a no frills campsite where you will need to provide your own water, toilet and firewood (We can provide firewood for an extra fee). There is a rest stop with restrooms just down the road going east on hwy 40 if needed. Pack it in and pack it out.

We also offer rentals.This property is right next to Starvation Reservoir. It is in between Knight Hollow and Juniper Point Campground at the Fred Hayes State Park. This is a residential area but the homes here are on 4+ acres, so there is plenty of space.We frequently see deer, rabbits, and an array of birds including bald eagles. Beautiful view of desert and Kings Peak. We have a bicycle pump track, trampoline, kids play set, farm animals for viewing. We offer additional farm experiences.For our animals' safety, no outside pets are allowed without prior permission and an extra set of rules. Even the best of house pets are potentially a risk for our small farm animals, please let us know if any pets will be camping.
