Secluded and very quiet with abundant birdlife and the occasional kangaroo, emu and echidna's passing through. Pet kookaburras - will eat out of your hand and steal from the BBQ. Located at the base of Logue Brook dam wall, where a short walk makes all water facilities available, plus trout and marron when in season. Adjacent to the Munda Bidi trail, with cycle paths running in every direction. Not to defray the natural environment, only lovers of wild life and serenity are welcome, so no Ghetto blasters or party animals. Laughing, singing, dancing and joking, actively encouraged! Tents, camper vans, small caravans with good drivers and trailers only. PLEASE NOTE: Weeknights require a minimum of 3 nights stay. Weekends 2 nights minimum. Please look carefully at the directions, as I am unable to be contacted VIA phone before or after you arrive. For supplies, there’s a convenience store just down the road, and if you’re after a beach day or need more amenities, Falcon is only a 15-minute drive away. Perth is just 1 hour and 20 minutes from the campsite, making this the perfect weekend getaway. Whether you're here for a weekend of relaxation, a brewery visit, or a base to explore the region, Salt & Ember is the original escape—peaceful, scenic, and full of charm. Freedom Farmstay - simple, back to nature camping for FULLY self-contained travellers. CHILDREN are always FREE... We consider children to be 17 and under, if booking with teens, please list them in the 'children' section of the booking form. Quiet location on acreage in rural Baldivis (within the Perth metro area). We love our little tranquil piece of paradise... our little freedom farm, with it's beautiful natural spaces and menagerie of animals, yet close to lots of local amenities in Baldivis / Rockingham. We're just a 15min drive to the beach and 30mins to Perth city or Mandurah. We can only accommodate a small number of campers, or groups of campers, at any given time.. so you have space, solitude and security for your family/group. You MUST be fully self contained WITH your OWN TOILET. There is NO power available. Clear bore water for small tank fills can be arranged during your stay. NOTE: we do NOT have mains water and constant tap access is not available. Water refills need to be requested and you may need to wait up to a day. Sites are in open paddocks with some limited shade available. Dogs are allowed ONLY if kept on lead at all times. Sites 1 & 2: Suitable for small/med vans, motorhomes, camper trailers and MINI-buses. Could fit 3 families if you're with a group. Private site for your family/group only. Site 3 (Families WITH children): Large area that can take all size vehicles including big rigs and full size buses. Could easily accommodate a dozen or so families if you have a big group. This is a share site, so you may be sharing with other families (max 12 vans across 9 spots). If you wish to book for a large group, book as early as possible. Huge access gap into paddock, approx 15mtrs wide. NOTE: If you are NOT travelling WITH CHILDREN please do NOT book this area!! Site 4: For any sized vehicles. Suitable for up to 6 vans if camping with a group. This is a share site, so you may be sharing with others (max 6 vans across 4 spots) If you wish to book for a group, book as early as possible. Access gap approx 10mtrs wide. Campfires are allowed during October but only in contained fire pits. Same day bookings are available. Important NOTE: This is a WORKING hobby farm. There are tyres and poles, sand piles, fencing projects underway, etc etc. There are also many free roaming animals - our friendly farm dog, the chooks, sheep and alpaca.. along with, occasionally, the usually contained horses who sometimes figure out a way to sneak out for a wander! If you are looking for manicured, super flat areas or have a fear of animals - this is NOT the place for you. There are also a HUGE number of factors that can affect your stay that I have ZERO control over... The seasons change a lot of things throughout the course of the year: we have snakes (like ALL Aussie bush places) for most of the year; an assortment of insects, according to their seasons; varying growth stages of grasses - long, short, brown, green and sometimes grass seeds/prickles.. along with some crazy weather on occasion (high winds, high temps, storms) - NONE of which I have any control over.. so if you are a moaning myrtle and any of those things are likely to bother you, please don't come to our property... oh, and roosters - we have them too! If you accept that you are staying on a working hobby farm and that I have no control over nature - then welcome, there is much beauty here for those who have the eyes to see - and as a base to explore the Perth area, we have a pretty convenient spot :)

Abundance yurt is surrounded by trees and birds in the Perth Hills, only 30 mins from Perth CBD. The property comes with its own composting toilet and hot outdoor shower, gas cooker and pot belly stove. Suitable for singles or couples, some smaller dogs may be appropriate (please contact Liza to discuss before booking). Other things to note Moonbeams Yurt is situated at the bottom of a 1 acre property, on a large 48sqm decked area. The yurt is 20sqm in size and the composting toilet and shower are within 10 steps from the yurt entrance. The hot water shower is an outdoor shower with a privacy screen. There is NO power at all, but 1 battery powered light is available, and there is a basic gas cooker provided. There is no refrigeration. Parking is at the top of the property and guests will have to walk down a partially sealed path to arrive at the entrance to the yurt, so good mobility is needed. You will need to bring in refrigeration/Eski, lights and basic cooking camp ware. A wheelbarrow can be provided to get gear from car to yurt. A Double bed is provided. Optional extras are fresh bedding. The pot belly stove is great for the winter, and timber is provided for cold nights. We do not recommend booking during our hottest months, unless you love the heat. This property is great for backpackers or people wanting to see the sites of Perth and surrounds. The train line is close by for people who do not have a car. There are many walks and states forests in the area.

Beautiful valley views only 3 minutes drive from the heart of Dwellingup, set out on 24 acres with shaded areas , open areas, and the full bush surrounding area to choose from. With nearby watering holes and the Murray river only a short drive away this farm stay is one of a kind as it backs onto state Forrest where the Mundi biddi trail runs past. This farm is for the caravaners only no tents or swags, small pets allowed but must be kept close and not roaming free. There are 3 dams close to where you’ll be camping and are not fenced off, so if you’re bringing the kids please be aware of this. There is a strict - no driving around the property rule as there are other occupants on the property aswell as dry grass. And please by all means if you want to take a walk through the bush then that is absolutely allowed and encouraged, but please do so by using the fire break along the fence line for accessing the state forest and taking that Mundi biddi trail experience. If the bush walk isn’t for you then laying back watching the kangaroos admiring the beautiful valley views and taking all the serenity of the Forrest in is another option. These sites require full self contained vans with dumping points available in town. The option of using power is available for $15 per day, aswell as wifi for $10 a day. There is also a small fire pit available but only for the cooler months. We hope you enjoy your experience and return safely.

The property has bore water with a source near to your site. [Owner will operate pump when need] I recommend access by 4WDs only as our friendly local rabbits have created some small bumps in spots. All guests will need to be self-contained, take waste with them and leave no trace, marked bins are provided on the property. A short 100m walk from 3 CROWS is the Thorny Devil Brewery, conveniently located for you to enjoy a great selection of food and drinks during your stay. Other local attractions to enjoy - Walk to Thrombolites at sunset, discover a big friendly Giant sculpture on a morning walk or enjoy the abundance of local wildlife and birds, all just a short stroll from your campsite. For those who love to fish, go crabbing or relax on the beach there are some great spots nearby, Tims Thicket and Whitehills beaches [4WD ACCESS ONLY] are 15 minutes away, whilst Herron Point on the estuary for crabbing is even closer. There is a small store and Tavern for those well-earned drinks or a delicious counter meal just minutes away by car and a supermarket, pharmacy and doctors are only 15 minutes away in Dawesville for your peace of mind.
