Peaceful Oaks

Pilot Hill, El Dorado, California · 5 acres

My property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Pilot Hill where there is plenty of space to spread out and camp and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is lots of shade from the trees and areas to lounge on comfy chairs or in a hammock and read and relax. There are a few areas you could set up camp and smaller trailers, RV's and Vans could easily access them. Larger Trailers/RV's could park in the main driveway and still enjoy the space, so don't hesitate to ask and I'd be happy to see if I can make accommodations. There is lots to do nearby: Hiking, Biking, Water Sports, Wineries, Shopping, Farms, Apple Hill, Auburn, Placerville, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Coloma, Georgetown are all a short drive away (<30mins).Pitch your tent, park your trailer/RV/Van and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of open space, shade from the tree cover, and open fields to play games and spread out on! The property is in a rural neighborhood where everyone is spread out to the point where you don't see or hear much of anything but the sounds of nature! There is a lot to do within a short distance of the area. Pilot Hill is nestled between both forks of the American River, just above Folsom Lake with access nearby. And within a 30 minute drive or less of Auburn, Placerville, Apple Hill, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Georgetown, Coloma and Cool are even closer. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Paddling, Boating, Horse Back Riding, Wine Tasting, Shopping, and Historic Sites all nearby. Lake Tahoe is <1.5 hour drive from here. Lots of scenic drives and backroads to enjoy. There are several spots on the property to set up camp depending on your setup. The main property is ~5 acres and fenced in so kids/pets could run and feel safe. (I have two dogs who love people, but one is not always friendly with other dogs. I would consider dogs upon request and the agreement to let the dogs out at separate times to avoid any negative interactions). Come enjoy my peaceful place in the foothills!
