*** MUST BE FULLY SELF CONTAINED (CHEMICAL TOILET) . SORRY NO PETS OR CHILDREN FOR SAFETY REASONS *** Sanjari Estate is a small family-run avocado property. It has four different groves of differing ages and plenty of areas that will allow you to have some privacy. We are more than happy to accommodate small groups of vans in areas together if sites are available. Please note, however, we do not accept bookings with children, due to the soak and machinery. Unless prior arrangement swags/tents are unfortunately not permitted. Message Rebecca if you wish to discuss a tent/swag site if available, however must still have a chemical toilet and toilet tent. Sanjari is located just 15 minutes from Busselton. Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Nannup and Bunbury all under a 45 minute drive. Even Augusta is within an hour for an easy day trip. We wish to offer guests the opportunity to stroll around the groves (dependent on harvest) and the garden. Ruby, Rupert and Primrose the miniature ponies love a pat and treats of carrots, apples etc. Bolt is our friendly staffy that also loves a pat and strolls the property with us. Chickens are free range so they also wander around. The blue wrens and birds love the area. You must be fully self-contained with a chemical toilet. However, grey water may be emptied onto the ground. Please note it is critical to our license that you do not go to the toilet in the grove area's and use your chemical toilet. There is a public dump point and water refill station in Adelaide Street in Busselton and also one in Capel. The code will be on your welcome letter. All rubbish must also be contained appropriately on site and taken with you. Raised small, contained fire pits are allowed during the permitted season as per the local shire. We have several with cooking grill available at no charge and wood for sale if you wish to pre-book a bag. We can have this ready for you when you arrive. NO fires to be directly on the lawn. Strictly no fires of any type during fire season. Troy is also a Personal Trainer with a fully equipped gym on-site if you wish to book a session with him. We hope that you can enjoy returning to your van after a great day out in the Busselton/Margaret River area. Look forward to meeting you.We have four different groves on our Avacado farm, of differing ages, with plenty of different areas that will allow campers to have some privacy. We can help you choose an appropriate spot on arrival. Most options are level and grassed nicely. Please note: We do not accept bookings with children due to the soak and machinery on the property. You must be fully self-contained, however, grey water may be emptied onto the ground. Pre-arrangement for additional parking eg car with boat can be made at a small additional cost. We are more than happy to accommodate small groups of vans in areas together depending on site availability. Raised fire pits and such are allowed during the permitted season as per the local shire. BYO Firewood. Strictly no fires of any type during fire season. Whilst the areas are mowed regularly normal bush hazards such as snakes and vermin do exist so be mindful and ensure you keep food scraps and rubbish contained. We do not have a dump point you must take rubbish with you.

Sanjari is a tranquil and picturesque campsite where guests repeatedly praise the lush green surroundings and the welcoming presence of hosts Bec and Troy, as well as their friendly dog, Bolt. Visitors frequently mention the peaceful atmosphere and spacious sites, complemented by the charming company of mini ponies and chickens. While the lack of facilities like water, toilets, or electricity is noted, the property's beauty and serenity seem to outweigh this for many campers. Its proximity to Busselton and various attractions makes it an ideal base for exploring the region.

Our stay was wonderful and quiet, with plenty of options of sites. lots of shade and our hosts were very organised, prepared and made sure we were happy, and ensured we understood the requirements of an active plantation. Thankyou again!

Beautiful spot
13 ft pop-up camper
This was a fantastic place to stay for a few nights. Very close to Busselton and within 45 mins you can be swimming at Yallingup. My partner and I were kid free and enjoyed the serenity of the olive grove and beautiful sunsets. Unlike many off the grid options, this one is protected from gusty winds and the grass means for a much cleaner stay without tramping dirt in and out of the camper trailer.
