    An unconventional farm located within walking distance from pemberton town site. there are a number of dams located on the property if you want to cool off or go for a quick paddle board or canoe. The pemberton pool and Mountain bike tracks are just over the hill a quick walk or even quicker ride. The pub and a number of eating establishments are also within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. The farm itself has horses and sheep at the moment along with all the other wild life that abounds the lower south wests Karri Forrest, if your looking for scenic bushwalks among Giants then it doesnt get much better. there really is a lot to do really close by and a great place to sit yourself to plan a few day trips fom.

It has four different groves of differing ages and plenty of areas that will allow you to have some privacy. We are more than happy to accommodate small groups of vans in areas together if sites are available. Please note, however, we do not accept bookings with children, due to the soak and machinery. Unless prior arrangement swags/tents are unfortunately not permitted. Message Rebecca if you wish to discuss a tent/swag site if available, however must still have a chemical toilet and toilet tent. Sanjari is located just 15 minutes from Busselton. Margaret River, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Nannup and Bunbury all under a 45 minute drive. Even Augusta is within an hour for an easy day trip. We wish to offer guests the opportunity to stroll around the groves (dependent on harvest) and the garden. Ruby, Rupert and Primrose the miniature ponies love a pat and treats of carrots, apples etc. Bolt is our friendly staffy that also loves a pat and strolls the property with us. Chickens are free range so they also wander around. The blue wrens and birds love the area. You must be fully self-contained with a chemical toilet. However, grey water may be emptied onto the ground. Please note it is critical to our license that you do not go to the toilet in the grove area's and use your chemical toilet. There is a public dump point and water refill station in Adelaide Street in Busselton and also one in Capel. The code will be on your welcome letter. All rubbish must also be contained appropriately on site and taken with you. Raised small, contained fire pits are allowed during the permitted season as per the local shire. We have several with cooking grill available at no charge and wood for sale if you wish to pre-book a bag. We can have this ready for you when you arrive. NO fires to be directly on the lawn. Strictly no fires of any type during fire season. Troy is also a Personal Trainer with a fully equipped gym on-site if you wish to book a session with him.     Deepdene Farmstay is a beautiful rural property with a fabulous view! We have a number of unpowered camp sites located approximately 5 minutes drive from Augusta, which offers a number of tourist attractions and great fishing spots. We are also located a short 800m from Jewel Cave, which is a very popular tourist attraction and café. Our campsites overlook paddocks of cows and horses, with a lovely breeze and a number of large trees to offer shade in the summer, while being protected from the harsh winds in winter. If you are pretty much self contained and would like to camp out away from the hustle and bustle, in a tranquil and peaceful setting...then this is for you. However, if you like life's luxuries, then this won't be your cup of tea. One of the reviews said nice but a bit wild, I think they must be used to caravan parks or something. We try our best to fit in with the environment, so we have a couple of compost toilets and solar showers (for private not public use, for more info on this, please enquire ) and compost and recycling bins to try and do our bit. Dogs are permitted but this is a working farm with livestock so uncontrolled dogs chasing wildlife or stock which cant be controlled will be dealt with as needed including euthanised. If its hard to control don't bring it please!

    Hello, welcome to Rosa Glen Farm in Margaret River. Our farm is set on 80 acres divided by vineyard, open fields and native bushland. We are perfectly positioned to see our beautiful region and our wines.😁 Just over two years ago we stumbled upon this gorgeous property and turned it into a boutique, biodynamic winery and farm. Our vines however were already established and some of the first planted in the area in 1978. Since buying the farm we have introduced olives, a small citrus orchard and numerous fruit trees. The farm is a working farm and well.. a massive work in progress. Our passion is the land, the environment, making good wine, listening to music, eating good food and sharing all of this with our community. We are opening up our farm to share with like minded souls who share the same passions as us (our community). Over the years we have started to learn about the secret spots on our property. The ones which are secluded, capture beautiful pieces of light at certain times of the day, where the black cockatoos love to rest on the branches of the gum trees, the areas where weeping peppermints create a haven and the frequencies and syncronities of the frogs elevate at certain times of the year and times of the day are so loud that you cant hear yourself think. As a result we have a number of beautiful secluded spots on our property we would love to share. As we are small and have no facilities and we can only accept a small number who are fully self contained. (Please see NOTES below) Our region 'Margaret River' is famous for WINE but there are so many other things that make this place special. A wild but beautiful coastline uninhibited by people, karri forest, caves, mountain bike trails and a 120km coastal walk. We are also known for surfing and close by are a number of world famous breaks including Surfers Point which is located 20 minutes from the farm. Closer to the farm you can enjoy a short walk to a beautiful winery called SI Vintners, drive to The Berry Farm or the quirky town of Witchcliffe. At Witchcliffe you will find Darnell's General Store which has a beautiful giftshop (The Shed), cellar door (Amato Vino), coffee shop (Witchy Brews) and fantastic pub (Dear Darnells) and vintage stores which it has become reknown for.     Situated in the centre of the south west between Margaret River and Pemberton, our farm is a great base to experience the best of this wonderful area. Surrounded by forests and farmland, central to the Munda Biddi Bike trail - you can drink in nature! We have flat grassy areas under trees for camping, inside and outside showers, toilets, camp kitchen with BBQ, small fridge, electric frypan and small camp stove, washing machine and device charging facilities. Sorry dogs are not permitted We can take tents, camper trailers, RV's and small caravans up to about 8 m is OK. We do not have power to the campsite. The camp ground is on a working lavender farm and farming activities may be happening. We are small and exclusive so if you can't arrive before DARK please do not book. We don't want to be greeting people all hours as we are very busy so check in is 2 to 6pm. The lavender farm shop and cafe is open Friday to Sundays in term and Thursday to Monday during school holidays (closed February and Match) but campers can purchase lavender products on request. Camp fires in season (Usually May to September) and weather permitting. We supply fallen logs so no need to bring your own but fires only at night and not in the morning. Breakfast Basket or BBQ packs available, these are cook your own we supply all the ingredients and tools or dine in our cafe during your stay. Please note We are small and the sites are close together Our campground is not suitable for all children and we do not have entertainment for children, we reccommend other campsites that are better suited for children. Join us for the daily sheep feeding at 4 pm (weather permitting), where you can get up close to our friendly flock as they graze the hills. Our free-roaming chickens and guinea pigs add to the charm of farm life, offering plenty of delightful sights for animal lovers. For a more hands-on experience, visit our dedicated guinea pig petting enclosure, open daily from 9–11 am and 3–5 pm.
