Absolutely loved this campground! You can tell a lot of love and attention went into this place! I was camping with my husband, pup, and toddler. We loved the kids playground, and grown up playground, along with the peaceful hiking trail. These are pretty big, shadded by large trees, and you can pull thru the sites. The bathrooms are extremely clean. When we stayed, the park was completely filled with campers, yet it was very peaceful and quiet at night. We actually never even pulled out my daughters toys because she was entertained with all the outside kid friendly stuff. We will definitely come back and stay longer in the future.
Lost Oak Campground is a hidden gem in the woods. It is well maintained and many cute features. There is a nice playground for the little ones and trails for the adventurous. Showers and flush toilets. Some sites have electricity and some without.
Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.
We enjoyed our stay at The Lost Oaks. It's a beautiful park. There's all sorts of attentive details that they have added to the charm and beauty of the campground. They have several games and activities as well as a nature trail.Their outdoor showers are great and they have the cleanest Porta Potties I have ever seen. Thank you for a great stay.
The hosts were perfect, and so very helpful. The campground is just off the beaten path, but you wouldn’t know it by the situation of the trees. It is so quiet here. The pit toilets are immaculate. The outdoor showers are perfect with great pressure and heated water. There is a playground for the kids. There are games like big bowling and cornhole. There is a walking trail. They do provide a place to dump your gray and black water tanks. They also offer water. The campground is within a short distance of grocery stores, laundry, facilities, restaurants, entertainment, gas stations. It is a wonderful campground, and I would stay again if I come back to Michigan.
I loved the beautiful visual escape! Bathrooms were beyond clean, showers were hot, the personal touch was very appreciated! We asked for firewood at 1045pm and no hesitation just A1 customer service and a true feeling of the owners don’t do this for the money they do it for their love and compassion for the camping experience!
