Here at Shakori Hills, we support our local music and arts community through cultural events and outreach to our local schools, while teaching environmental awareness and sustainable living practices. Shakori Hills Community Arts Center is a place where everyone can enjoy nature, take strolls on beautiful trails, have family afternoons in the sun and enjoy art, music, family, life and all it has to offer. By building on what we are blessed to have at our fingertips, our local culture will continue to strengthen and prosper! The community arts center was established in 2010 and has since then been a building block for arts in the community. Come set up a tent or camper in the field or under the trees. There's plenty of shade, space, and privacy for large groups. The walking paths and beautiful foliage create an amazing space for your next trip.

We had the best time at this location and can’t wait to come back for the festival. Super attentive host and we appreciate them for allowing us to stay.

Loved the camping experience we had at Shakori Hills. The bathrooms were great since it was our first time camping and slowly getting use to the wilderness. There was so much space and the fire pits were great for cooking! Would definitely book again!

We were in the area attending a concert at Koka Booth. It worked out great. Quite and peaceful property with lots of area to choose from to set up. Affordable, with men & women bathrooms and water available. There was a very kind man named Tim that offered helpful information.

The biggest thing for me was the peace and quiet. Access to shower and bathroom was important as well.

75 acres to myself!
23 ft travel trailer · With pets
so ive been to the music festival here a few times. 75 acres and congested cell service dont mix well. i went specifically here to experiment with space x starlink. starlink did exceptionally well as i browsed the connection in real time and and streamed college football. I listened to the coyotes all night. i did check in with someone to let them know i was at the top of the hill camping. i wont lie, it got a little creepy at night by myself and the dog but id def do it again!
