This land was once owned by Noah Hays himself. He was the main farmer on this land along with other farming land on this road. Hints the name "Noah Hays Road". We stopped farming this land long ago but some of his relatives are still farming on the land he use to farm on. You will see one of his old plots still being farmed across the street from our property. There is still the old cabin he use to live in along with an old curing barn they use to hang the tobacco in after harvest. Supper cool! Learn more about this land: This is a new listing. Tanner's campsite offers a charming retreat by the river, perfect for families and pets alike. Visitors appreciate the peaceful ambiance, with many noting the soothing sound of the water and the plentiful firewood for cozy campfires. While some mentioned the proximity to a road and occasional traffic, the overall experience remains positive with clean facilities and a welcoming host. A minor downside noted by a few was the need for better signage for late arrivals and occasional maintenance issues.

I was weary based on the reviews…. people are so harsh. Tanners land was absolutely amazing! Plenty of cut firewood, right next to the river. I didn’t see a soul out there it was perfect. I mean for this price, i would really consider it a steal. I am humbled he shared this for such a low price.

Awesome camp site. Everything was well maintained, Tanner was really helpful in finding the campsite. The stream next to the campsite made for perfect white noise while sleeping. Will definitely try to get to this spot agian.

This is a great spot, our dog is a water nut, so it’s always extra special to camp next to a creek/ river. Tanner was wonderful and responsive, it’s a pretty piece of land, not too far off north/ south route. Highly recommend!
