Do you want to break free from life's constraints? Feel like getting back to nature but not too keen on sharing it with fifty other campers, their yapping dogs and their terrible taste in music. Then pack your swag and head to "Larapinta" in the heart of the Scenic Rim where the crackling of your campfire is all you'll hear.. The picture postcard views from the Jinbroken Range are all here awaiting your gaze from your own private camp-site. There are only 12 sites, all a few hundred metres from each other, linked by 4WD tracks spread over 540ac 500 year old Grasstrees are waiting to greet those who prefer the feel of the earth under their feet and can be found as you meander along the km's of cattle tracks. So book your secluded spot now for a taste of authentic camping Larapinta style. Oh and btw if you love bush camping but don't want to become a bush pig we have a hot shower & flushing toilet just for you. Site 7 Sundown - 4wd

This was a great spot, with amazing views which made for a really relaxing 3 days. Other campsites are spread out across the property so you don’t feel too close to anyone else. We also enjoyed the fun little 4wd track up to the lookout, which had great views over the area as well.

Site 7 Sundown - 4wd

This is a cracking site. Facilities around and the Cameron has always been so accommodating. Support these guys. I have been there now 3 times and first with 2 families. They even put on a Easter hunt for the kids Sunday morning

What a beautiful long weekend! Such a great spot, definitely need a good 4WD to get up there but so worth it. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back :)

Site 1 - Top Shelf - 4wd

This would have to be one of the best Hip Camps ive stayed at, Beautiful views, great privacy, as the nearest campers are at least 500 meters away from you, What would top it off would be to have a port aloo on each site, as its a bit of a walk to the closest one, or don't advertise the site with a loo But a prefect spot to getaway from it all

Penthouse with an Outhouse - 4wd

Fantastic spot with amazing views. The best experience having a bath in nature, highly recommended. The place has few hikes within the property and going for a visit to the horses and cows was great! Cameron was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back :)
