H2O. The price includes both sites on this 12 acres of gorgeous property on Stone Mountain in Trade TN. The whole property is yours and each site has full hookups with sewer, water and 110/30/50 power and there is a gazebo and fire pit. The peacefulness combined with the views are very relaxing. There is a trail on the property that connects to an old railroad track that has been covered over and allows great hiking and biking. You are within 20 miles to Boone, Blowing Rock, Damascus, Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Doe Recreational Area and much more. Because of that you are close to skiing, wineries, fishing, boating, plays, outdoor concerts, theaters and dining galore. 4WD, or AWD may be needed to get up to the sites depending on the weight of your RV and what you are towing it with. It would not be needed without an RV attached. Bring your firewood and when leaving you only need to pack out your trash and dump out the fire pit. H2O does not have a cleaning service at this time, so please leave it ready for the next guest. GPS will take you to the wrong place for the driveway if using the 584 street address. If you use 496 it takes you to the neighbor near the entrance and you can see a post with 584 on it and a Hilltop Haven Oasis sign ahead and that is where you turn right to go up the driveway.2 RVs can park at 2 full sets of hookups. The rate includes both sites. The view is beautiful and seclusion and privacy are paramount. Within 20 miles is Boone, Damascus, Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Doe Mountain Recreation Area and Lake Watauga. Wineries, theaters, restaurants and outdoor activities such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking and fishing abound. There is a trail on the property that connects to an old railroad that has been covered and is great for for hiking and mountain biking. No trash cans provided so you need to pack out your trash and leave the site clean.
