What a great spot to lay over. Peaceful, quiet and clean. Electric and water hookups were a nice added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very nice spot that is quiet and scenic. I saw a wild Turkey one morning. Very close to epic hiking trails and close enough to Chattanooga to be an easy drive. We will definitely be returning.

Decent Spot

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. We did not expect the steep driveway to get in and out but the spot itself was not too unlevel. It is not very wide so we could not set up chairs in the normal area you would set up chairs in for a campsite. We had to leave room behind the travel trailer and set up chairs back there so it worked out. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The tiny home on the property that is rented out was far enough away to be comfortable and the homeowners weren't around so it was quite peaceful. The only downside is it is located near somewhere that people can use offroad vehicles and one afternoon, there was someone with an absurdly loud engine over there making it very obnoxious at that particular point. Not sure how often this happens. Other than that, it was very peaceful.

Cute spot, close to downtown. There are a few important things to know. First, the property is on the Central Time Zone line so cell service will bounce between Eastern and Central time. Businesses in Chattanooga are on EASTERN time. Second, although there is only 1 RV/Camp spot, it isn't the only spot on the property. There is an Airbnb tiny home adjacent to the RV spot. Thankfully the dogs of the people renting the tiny home this weekend weren't obnoxious. Last, you may or may not have WiFi... we did not. Although having WiFi wasn't necessary, it was an attractive amenity when deciding on where to stay.
