Close to the base of Camel’s Hump, beautiful view of the hump, we have plenty of wildlife such as deer, bear and coyote at a distance. We have trails up in the back, approximately 70 acres that you can roam in. I only have one fire-pit set up so far and the pot-a-potty has not arrived yet. No power or water up there but it is a beautiful camping field. This sight is the top of the hill on the left hand side. It overlooks the entire field and the mountain ridges. It is requested you park at the bottom of the hill in the roadway as the hill is still soft dirt under the grass. At the base of the hill you will see a trail going into the woods if you want to wander. This is the only site with a burn pit at this time

Lorie’s campsite was perfect for myself and a couple of friends to camp while on a bikepacking trip through Vermont. She was super quick to reply to our last minute needs and helped us find everything we needed. Site had great nighttime views as well.

Great last minute camp spot! Lori was so kind and checked in on us after setup! Lovely open field and privacy for camping. You can hear the highway but it didn’t bother us! ✨🪵
