This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Experience a working 86-acre, Shenandoah Valley, Virginia cattle farm. Cattle, chickens, peacocks, goats, and donkeys. The hustle and bustle of farm life, from the most luxurious tent you have ever seen. Join farmers Jaci & Don as they contribute to America's bread basket. This historic land has seen both the Revolution and the Civil War; it all happened right here, on the very landscape in front of you. Exclusive, romantic, nostalgic, experiential Fly the kite, have a picnic on the hill, sit around the fire pit. Listen to the sounds of a farm at night and wake up to the rooster and maybe some fresh eggs if the ladies have been busy. You have to experience it! There is a nice outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Bring your own towels; if you forget we have you covered. Please use only the environmentally safe hair and body soaps provided. Plenty of power for all your devices. , device chargers, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot/cold filtered water, coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Great Wi-Fi for work and play. In the tent, there is a half bath with a state-of-the-art composting toilet. Easy to use and a marvel for off-grid environmentally safe solutions. The bathroom is sectioned off within the tent affording privacy. Know that the tent is subject to weather directly. Sometimes it is windy in the valley and sometimes large gusts will buffer the tent from time to time. This is perfectly normal, and the tent is designed to handle this. Rain, and yes in colder weather, snow and sleet, are no problem. A propane indoor heater is available for colder weather that can heat the entire space in 15 minutes. Fans are available for the hot summer months. Cooking utensils are available and the gas grill outside is your cooking station. Plates, bowls, knives, and forks are disposable and biodegradable. Pots, pans, (etc.) are not provided and you are welcome to bring your own. The grill outside; in addition to its regular ‘grill’ function can be used in the same way as an oven.Placed near the farm house, you will get the whole farm experience in this idilic pastural scene with mountain views. You can park on the grass right next to the tent. The tent has everything you will need for your stay including a grill and mini kitchen, a great fire pit and 86 acres to roam around on.

Amazing experience!!!
With kids
This place was so dreamy!!! I couldn’t believe how cozy and warm it was inside the tent, perfect for cool fall evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We sat by the fire every night and sipped local wines from the nearby wineries. We also spent a day in Shenandoah hiking around. The field outside the tent has beautiful sunrises and we loved watching the peacocks around the property. I couldn’t imagine a better trip! We have gone “glamping” many times and this takes the cake! I think the biggest thing that sets this place apart is the bathroom INSIDE the tent! It’s so nice to not go outside in the middle of the night. It was truly magical, comfortable, and the sweetest trip ever! If you are on the fence about booking, do it!! Highly recommend!!

Group trip
Our group had a great time! There was room for 5 people to sleep, the tent was well furnished, and beautiful views all around. I would recommend this to others.

Terrific farm stay!
With pets
Terrific farm stay in a huge lovely tent in a tranquil and beautiful setting. Garrett was so welcoming even though we booked last minute. There were s’mores and he built a fire for us. Would highly recommend this glamping opportunity. There are peacocks!

First time glamping!
With pets
We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t stop talking about our experience afterwards. The hosts were welcoming and the views were beautiful; our tent was clean and spacious for 2 adults and medium sized dog. I would recommend to anyone and plan to return for future trips!
