We raise beef cows, heritage breeds of pigs, laying hens, and water buffalo. Additionally, we raise vegetables and do a lot of agri-tourism including: summer camps, school field trips, and a large pumpkin patch maze each year.Our accommodations include a vintage camper, primitive campsites along a salt water creek, and an RV area on our farm.We are located just 30 minutes from nearby beaches and downtown Charleston. Use our property as your base of operation as you have fun at the beach or tour the historic city, or just stay for a quiet get away in the woods.There is also a lot of wildlife such as: wild turkeys, woodstorks, raccoons, and alligators.  Fishing and crabbing are available on the salt water creek next to the campsite as well.We look forward to hosting you!

Follow the road to your right, around the Grand Oak to the back of the property..There is a cleared area for Rv. At this time, I am clearing 2 acres of the 8. When you are staying on the property please close the gate as you come and go. When your stay is done, DO NOT worry about closing the gate, I will take care of it.Please clean up after your pets.

We have our home on the backside of the property but are more than willing to share our beautiful spot for travelers that may need a place to stay to visit Beaufort or Parris Island or even an overflow spot when Hunting Island cannot accommodate you every day. Learn more about this land: Private, semi-woodsy, Level site with water, septic, and electricity, can accommodate up to 60' Diesel Pushers, and 5th wheels. We have 30 amp and 50 amp for larger campers, as well as your Internet for the site. The Atlantic Ocean is 12 miles away if you want to visit the beautiful Hunting Island. Several saltwater boat landings within 2-5 miles. Historic Beaufort 3 miles, Paris Island 6 miles, swimming, fishing, surfing, shrimping all within 5-10 minutes. Bring your RV and your boat.

We're offering approximately 60 acres of primitive hiking and campsites: areas for all levels of camping experience available.You can have a camping experience from literal back yard camping, to a serious “lost in the woods” adventure. Despite the near-by civilization, on clear nights there is very little light contamination - which makes for excellent star gazing.Campfires are allowed within local regulations. Pets are  welcome!We are less than twenty miles from historic downtown Charleston, around twenty miles from Charleston’s shopping and commerce area (West Ashley), and just over twenty miles from Kiawah Island Resort and beaches.

While there is no camping on Kiawah Island itself, it boasts great golf courses and Kiawah Beachwalker Park for a day trip full of swimming and sunbathing. Nearby, South Carolina Lowcountry campgrounds are awash with amenities and opportunities for adventuring. James Island County Park offers family-friendly camping with pull-through campsites, modern bathhouses, and laundry facilities. To the south, Edisto Island and Edisto Beach State Park extend their allure with beachfront camping by the Atlantic Ocean. Full-service RV sites have 20/30/50-amp electrical hookups, plus amenities like dump stations, restrooms, hot showers, and free wifi near the park office area. Casual hikers will like the pet-friendly Scott Creek Trail, while anglers can try their luck with both freshwater and saltwater fishing. To the north past downtown Charleston, check in at tent sites in live oak groves and marshy landscapes within Francis Marion National Forest. Amenities include drinking water, picnic tables, and fire rings. Spend some time on the Chattanooga River, or hunt in the Enoree Ranger District before heading home.
