By camping here, you can expect a premium level of privacy separation between sites with your experience coming before profit maximising in our eyes. We have sites to fit all sizes with our largest and most separated being site 7. Overall we aim to offer the most authentic camping experience for all. Firewood collection is prohibited. Land owner may do camp site inspection at anytime. Land owner has the rights to evict if you are not following our rules. On requesting a site you will be asked to read the conditions and provide some details including vehicle registration and full names. The Scrub Campsite - Inman Valley

Inglewood is a 130-acre property currently running beef cattle and sheep. The property has 15 acres of remnant stringy bark scrub which abuts the Heysen Trail. This private campsite is contained within the scrub although campers have access to the whole property. There are 13 bespoke sites available. The owner has the right to assist campers when choosing their site. This is determined by factors such as type of accommodation, group size. access to toilet and communal areas, weather and privacy needs. Specific sites cannot be reserved unless by prior arrangement with the owner. We offer sites suitable for camper trailers, campervans, , rooftop tents, tents and swags and pop top caravans (sorry, no large caravans). During the non fire ban period all fires must be contained in the fire pits provided. Please bring firewood if you intend to have a campfire for an extended period or you may purchase wood for $15 for 20 kgs. All bookings will be cancelled if a severe or catastophic fire is forecast by the weather bureau. Campers can claim a refund from Hipcamp A communal camp kitchen, barbecue, rain water and tables available. A composting toilet is available as is a solar and rocket shower system. Colloquially known as God's Country the property is conveniently located 1hr 20 mins from Adelaide, 14 mins from Victor Harbor, and 20 mins from Pt Elliot, Middleton, Waitpinga and Parson's beach, Hindmarsh Falls and Normanville. Other nearby localities are Deep Creek National Park, Newland Conservation Park, Springmount National Park, Granite Island and the Kangaroo Island ferry. The popular Belicious Belgium Cafe is a 60 min walk or 5 minute drive from the campsite. Walkers on the Heysen trail can access the campsite 100 metres away. (Keen Road entrance) Please note that the campsite has a no noise/music policy after 10pm. Noisy campers has been my biggest complaint so please respect others and adhere to the policy. Children must be supervised at all times. Please note that a fenced off dam is located near the campsite and is out of bounds to all children unless supervised by an adult. Rubbish must be removed by all campers as no bins are available. The whole campsite can be hired exclusively for large groups - contact me direct for booking details and costs. A wood package can be purchased for $50 the communal fire circle. The Scrub Campsite was honored to have won 1st place for best campsite in South Australia for 2024. Our 40 acres is 2WD accessible and set just off the coast in beautiful McLaren Vale, South Australia. The camp is set in a flat, cleared area on the rear of our working family property. With ample space to spread out and put your feet up, the River Red Gum trees also provide natural shade and shelter. Perfect for setting up hammocks or a slack line! Along with local kangaroos, you'll likely spot our small flock of sheep in the paddock nearby or the neighbouring horses up the hill. Ask us about our small batch wine and take advantage of being in the heart of wine country - the nearest cellar door is only a 3 minute drive away! After an afternoon of wine tasting, drive 10 minutes to the beach and enjoy a sunset over the water. Tomorrow, choose your own adventure with more wining and dining, swimming and surfing, or walking one of McLaren Vale's stunning trails. On a Saturday, you might find yourself at the Willunga Farmers Market (5 min drive) which runs each week from 8am to Midday and offers a variety of local goods and produce. Wineries within a 10 minute drive include: - Battle of Bosworth Wines - Down the Rabbit Hole Wines - Fox Creek Wines - Ekhidna Wines - and many more! - Not to forget Swell Brewing Co., just 9 minutes away. Our favourite coffee places include: - Dawn Patrol Coffee (4 min drive) - Goodness Coffee Co. (8 min drive) - Someday Soon Co. (6 min drive) - many more in Willunga and Aldinga! Please note the following! - No shower or toilet facilities provided, campers must be self-sufficient. - Three drinking water taps are available for your convenience. - No pets. We have a variety of animals on our property that rely on us to keep them safe. - No motorbikes. - No fires from approx. November 1 - April 30 due to SA restrictions. If not during this time, please clear it with us as restrictions and fire ban days change year to year. - Please stay within the designated camp area! As a working property and vineyard, we have large machinery in use daily and visitors must follow biosecurity protocol (fancy explanation for keeping everyone's vineyards safe from disease and pests).

Arno Bay Caravan and Camping

Blombery Road Campground is located just 3km north of the relaxing beach town of Arno Bay. The grounds are set on beautiful, undeveloped coastal land with direct beach access. It's basic, but it's natural, and that's how we like it. And our guests do too! We offer unpowered sites closer to the beach and powered sites set back from the beach on a slight rise with a view. Both options have access to our shared toilet and hot shower facilities. We also have two ensuite sites where you can enjoy your own private ensuite with a flushing toilet, hot water shower, and power. The land here is very sandy in parts, with low scrub in some areas, but access to most sites is still good for all types of vehicles. There is also plenty of space for larger vehicles to turn around, and to park boats etc. Children under 12 stay free, however, please ensure they are still booked in as we need to cap our total camp capacity at 20 people at any one time due to the delicate nature of the grounds. This also helps keep the campground quiet and relaxing for everyone.
