Best Glamping Experience
We loved our weekend here! It was gorgeous and so peaceful during the day. We hammocked infront of the river and it was beautiful. It was cold at night but we brought extra blankets and were offered more if we needed them! The hosts were so kind and helpful during our stay. I definitely want to come back!

Romantic anniversary trip
My husband and I came here for our one year wedding anniversary. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I am not a “camping” type person. But I can honestly say that it was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The property was beautiful, the tents were comfortable and clean and the community area was amazing! We spent our mornings cooking and drinking coffee by the river… in the afternoon we would go fishing.. and at night we had a bonfire and stargazed in the hammocks. Marshall and his wife Mary Kay even came down and drank some wine with us and tried our wedding cake. They were amazing hosts ensuring we had everything we needed and made the entire experience so comfortable and inviting. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better anniversary trip thanks to them. We plan to come back and bring friends next time. If you are in need of a little getaway or a romantic trip… look no further! I can’t say enough good things about “lil slice a heaven”.

We’ll be back!
This place is great! It had everything we needed to enjoy our 3 night stay. There is immediate access to the river from camp or you can head up stream and float back down. The kitchen area was well stocked with cooking utensils, making it very easy for us. It was also very easy to get in contact with the host if we had any questions! Our tent was spacious and cozy. It kept us dry all night despite some intense rain. We will definitely be back!

Great spot. Comfortable, beautiful and everything you need. Yes there was a train but as long as it’s not a surprise really not an issue. Hosts were very nice and met me to explain everything when I got there. Highly recommend.

Fairytale Glamping by the River
Marshall's place was extraordinary! It was so thoughtfully appointed and incredibly peaceful. The comfortable bed and babbling river alone made this a great spot, but the details made it extra special! The river rock fire pit, adorable seating areas, very well-equipped grill/kitchen area, friendly camp doggos, and fun/welcoming signage (not to mention the morning mist!) made us feel like we'd entered a fairy tale. We also met some new friends at the fire pit! One tip for hipcampers (this is general good sense, but we were rushing!): try to arrive before dark to make the drive through the mountains easier/safer. Overall, this was a perfect glamp for us and we would love to come back!

WOW where to start... first off, this place was absolutely AMAZING. The yurts were so spacious, comfortable, and accommodating (with little luggage racks, lanterns, even coolers inside for your food, etc) and they had chairs right outside where you could enjoy your coffee as you overlooked the water. The common area was decked out so cool and had everything you could possibly need to cook with (literally didn't have to use a single thing we brought). My husband was obsessed with the Blackstone griddle. The owners were so unbelievably kind, responsive, and flexible - even going out of their way to tell us that we didn't have to rush out right at check out time. It was just all around an amazing experience... I can't think of a better way we could've spent our first wedding anniversary. I cannot wait to go back!!
