This first-come, first-served campground is the perfect base to explore the wonders of Kansas’ Verdigris River Valley. On foot, you can follow several trails through the gentle rolling hills. If you’re a water-lover, make sure to hit up Toronto Reservoir. We hear the Blue Water Trail is an amazing paddleboard experience!

The area is very small and campsites are located immediately next to one another like you might expect at a KOA. The entire area would be perfect for a group of people who know one another. The toilet is very close by. I got a reservation for 406 and it had room for my truck and the picnic table and that was about it. Water is available next to the toilets. I think I could throw a rock across the entire camping area from the back and hit the toilet, not that I would do that! Just saying, it's tight quarters and the end of the loop made for a tight turn for my Suburban not towing anything.
